Monitoring on 45 localities on territory of the Czech Republic was realized in 2014. Observed were occurence and frequency of selected group of endangered fish species: Ukrainian brook lamprey (Eudontomyzon mariae), streber (Zingel streber), zingel (Zingel zingel), gudgeon (Romanogobio sp.), Danube ruffe (Gymnocephalus baloni), striped ruffe (Gymnocephalus schraetser), ziege (Pelecus cultratus), weatherfish (Misgurnus fossilis), golden loaches (Sabanejewia aurata) and spined loach (Cobitis sp.).

Monitoring on 5 localities on territory of the Czech Republic was realized in 2013: National Nature Monument Skalická Morávka (PLA Administration Poodří and Ostrava) and National Nature Reserve Křivé jezero, National Nature Reserve Ranšpurk, National Nature Monument Pastvisko and National Nature Reserve Lednické rybníky (PLA Administration Pálava and RO Brno). Observed were occurence and frequency of selected group of endangered fish species: weatherfish (Misgurnus fossilis), spined loach (Cobitis sp.), European bullhead (Cottus gobio) and Siberian bullhead (Cottus poecilopus).

In thesis, I engage in the most significant storage pest, their description and division into pest with evolution inside food and outside food. My thesis describes risks and damages that may be caused by pest. It informs of characteristics of direct and undirect damages and physical, chemical and biological risks. I briefly deal with the different methods of monitoring and protection materials from storage pest. The questionnaire for the company Agrospol Knínice u Boskovic is included in my thesis. It finds out what kinds of pest are most occurred during years and what preventive measures were performed against them.

This bachelor thesis is concerned with extension of the existing monitoring system in a real business environment. The entire monitoring system is based on the open-source programs Munin and Nagios. In the practical part is explained the configuration and implementation of both of the programs and verification of the monitoring system in the form of tests.

This bachelor thesis describes the monitoring of large carnivores in Western Carpathians. The actual monitoring began in November 2012 and continued until April 2014. The explored monitoring territory covers the area from NP Malá Fatra over the PLA Beskydy up to the boundaries of Vizovické Hills and the White Carpathians. During the monitoring were recorded the residence marks of large carnivores. Attention was paid mainly to lynx (Lynx lynx) and other carnivores such as, brown bear (Ursus arctos) and wolf (Canis lupus). Last two carnivores do not have permanent population in Czech republic and it is difficult to find their residential characters. Further was compared the usage of migration corridors in the area of Lidečko and Střelná by the large mammal animals. Finally by the usage of photo traps the threeyear old lynx male called "Olda" territory was successfully mapped.

Waste water brought by sewage network on city waste water treatment plant affect the cleaning process with its qualitative and quantitative composition. Waste water monitoring represents a tool for observation of pollution indicators in municipal waste water produced by population and industry. In the general part of my thesis is characterized waste water by composition, place of origin, monitored pollution indicators and from the perspective of current legislation. The practical part describes monitoring established by the operator of water lines and sewerage system in Brno city, where the major producers of industrial sectors are divided into groups according to the risk of hazardous substances that may be present in produced waste water. In the final part of this thesis is evaluated the impact of indiscipline of wastewater producers to the sewage network in Brno city and the process of cleaning in the wastewater treatment plant.
