Human Resource Management within the postal services

The subject of my Bachelor{\crq}s thesis is Human Resource Management within the Česka Posta State Company. The purpose of my thesis is to evaluate the particular processes involved in human resource management, as well as examining the competition in the labour market. I have mainly focused upon the analysis of the activities of the Česka Posta State Company Personnel Department. It specifically regards the motivation and personal satisfaction of the employees of the Česka Posta State Company. The analysis of the results has demonstrated that this company has not neglected the management of its human resources.
Motivation and remuneration of employees in small enterprises

The motivation is very significant in all enterprises regardless how many employees they have. Well-motivated employees often work better, faithfully and they are more loyal. Therefore they make the basis of success and represent a competitive advantage of any enterprise. The aim of this bachelor work is to analyse and evaluate the current system of remuneration and motivation of employees in small enterprises and in case of finding defect to propose new improvement conception that will help to increase work motivation and employee{\crq}s satisfaction and thus greater prosperity and competitiveness of the enterprise. The source of information has been literature and survey by questionnaire and guided interview. The first part of bachelor work deals with definition of small enterprise, basic characteristics of motivation, theories of motivation, stimulation and remuneration. The following section describes selected groups of enterprises and their system of remuneration and motivation of employees. For purposes of this work were chosen 15 enterprises, divided into 3 groups according to their field of business, that is construction, trade and hospitality. A significant part is devoted to the analysis of a questionnaire survey regarding job satisfaction and motivation of employees in each enterprise group. On basis of evaluation and assessment of all information have been proposed following recommendations: - ensure accurate codification of formal relations - clearly define the method of assessment and subsequent remuneration - improve communication in the workplace - formulate employee benefits in writing form, acquaint employees with them and reflect on their possible extension - express satisfaction with the good work of employee - discuss with employees the possibility of improving the working environment. These recommendations would be an important condition for the satisfaction of the employees and result in success of the analysed small enterprises.
Motivational system of a particular company

The aim of this study was to analyze the current motivational system for employees in terms of multinational company and also to propose steps that would lead to higher employee satisfaction and to improve performance across the enterprise. Information for processing the first - theoretical part - I found from sources available to the theme of employee motivation and stimulation. Information for processing the other - the practical part - I especially gained from the survey on job satisfaction and employee motivation. Based on the results of a survey I have attempted to specify the areas in which employees don´t feel much satisfied and propose possible solutions that could lead to improvement or elimination of these shortcomings. The aim of these proposals is to stimulate employees to greater efficiency and, in any case, these recommendations would not lead to an increase in staff costs without a positive reaction in terms of incrase of work productivity. Based on the investigation I was able to reveal that employees are quite happy at their work. Although there are areas for work satisfaction and motivation that employees identified as unsatisfactory, the positive findings should be included in particular a good working atmosphere, working conditions or interesting job tasks. As the most troubled area was found an ineffective corporate education system. I therefore propose to create a long term view of the business skills and knowledge. It´s necessary to improve communication between managers and employees. Several times employees responded to have a feeling of inadequately supplied information. The current trend in business towards decentralization and delegation of powers to lower levels. Likewise, DuPont should follow this trend with a delegation of powers as well in order to facilitate the work of managers and give them a chance to use a more flexible response of employees in lower positions knowing local market conditions. As a further proposal I would recommend management to focus on improving the career development of staff. Employees claim that they are very satisfied with their job tasks, however they find the possibility of career growth very limited. I see a strong need to develop a model of targeted career plan for each position in the enterprise, both in terms of moving up the hierarchical ladder, as well in terms of development staff competencies. The last proposal relates to the findings of the current state of motivation and job satisfaction of employees in the form of anonymous electronic questionnaires that would be sent out by email to all staff at any positions. Employees participated in survey work at administrative positions, which represent less than half of all employees. For a more detailed evaluation of the analysis would be helpful to have a higher percentage of participation. Nevertheless, I believe that the results obtained in this investigation may be beneficial to the management of DuPont.

V druhé části diplové práce je popsána situace společnosti BRVZ s.r.o. Jako prostředek jsem zvolila zaměstnanecký dotazník.
Human Capital Expenses from Corporation Perspectives

The object of the thesis with the title Human Capital Expenses from Corporation Perspectives was to assess the importance of human capital expenses in the business organization dm drogerie markt Ltd., to evaluate their efficiency and consequently propose possible steps leading to make the resources spent on the human capital more effective. The practical part of the thesis deals with areas, which are associated with human capital expenses the closest: the system of remuneration and employee perks, the labour productivity and the structure and the amount of the labour costs, the organization and range of personnel controlling and briefly fundamentals of corporal culture, which illustrates the perception of the value of human capital for the investigated company.
Motivation and remuneration of workers

The goal of this bachelor's work was the analysis of current situation in the selected company Mlékárna Pavel Nechyba, spol.s r.o. The object of this work is the analysis of the system of motivation and workers?remuneration in the chosen company and then a proposal for possible improvement on basis of this analysis. The theoretical section is processed on the basis of the acquired pieces of information from professional and scientific literature, dealing with remuneration and motivation. When I have completed the questionnaire, I applied it in the company. The bibliographic search follows the practical section, which deals with the characteristic feature of the chosen company and especially with the analysis of the system of motivation and remuneration. The required data and information of the practical section were taken from the internal data of the company and due to some consultations with the management and employees. The next information were got by means of the questionnaire?s inquiry among employees. I have got the important data by means of the evaluated questionnaires. All these information helped me with arrangement of the following proposals for improvement.
System of motivation in selected company

The goal of this bachelor`s work was the analysis of current situation in the selected company O.T.E.C. CR s.r.o. The analysis concentrated on the motivation and the remuneration for the human resources. In case of need changes of HR system were suggested. For the method of survey I chose the investigating method of asking the employees to get the complete picture. On the basis of the results from the question blanks a new, more effective system of personal fees and motivation was suggested. Suggestions for the improvement of the motivation of the employees in the company are: Adaptation of the system of success fees on the company`s results (figures). Revaluation of the non-financial benefits and allow to employees to have a free individual possibility to choice from the staff benefits. More investments in the professional development of the employees {--} for example an offer of foreign language courses. Improvement of the communication inside of selected company {--} w.m.improving of communication flow (informations) from the management level to the employees. Regular evaluations of the employees in a suitable form.
Increases in remuneration effectivity in company

The aim of this thesis is to study remuneration effectivity in chosen company. In general, remuneration is both financial and non-financial rewarding, but also the philosophy, strategy, policy, plans and methods used by companies in organizing and maintaining their wage systems. The first part of the thesis analyses the theories of remuneration, labourelationlaw relations and productivity of labour in relation to remuneration. In the second part, the description and analysis of wage system and effectivity of this system in a company is conducted. Conclusion consists mainly of the recommendations how to improve the this system to be more effective in the company.

The existent system of employee{\crq}s motivation was analyzed for initial determination of the motivation level. I suggested some ways how to better the situation in the company and make the emplyees satisfied.
