ZÁHORKOVÁ, Jana
Currently at the forefront of people's healthy eating and healthy lifestyle. Bee products are a source of healthy nutrition. In the framework of representation of bee products in the nutrition of adults in the Czech Republic was through a questionnaire addressed a group of 1,086 persons age structure over 18 years old, living permanently in the Czech Republic. Function of honey-bee (Apis mellifera) in see industry of field crops.
PŠENIČKOVÁ, Zuzana
In this dissertation I am trying to point out the importance of the honeybee in the pollination of plants and the connection between the plant and the honeybee. The honeybee is essential and indispensable part of agricultural production that increase in the hectare production. It is also importat in forests, fields and in orchards. In the introduction there is a telling about bee colony and alternative ways of pollinate. In this dissertation I outline economic and ecological features of beekeeping and problems that beekeepers have to solve, some grants from the European Union that help to our beekeepers. In conclusion there are described some problems and different opinions for geneticaly modified plants and their influence for the honeybee.
Bee products and possibilities of their use
LUKÁŠKOVÁ, Jana
The target of my Bachelor?s Thesis is to describe the importance of Honey Bee and focus on bee products. With its pollination activity Honey Bee secures propagation of entomophilous plants, is involved in protection of environment and increases yield of arable crops. Honey Bee products have versatile use. Honey is a good quality food supplement. Bees wax and propolis are due to their properties an important material for cosmetic industry. Bee poison is used for hymenoptera allergy care. Pollen serves as an energy source and royal jelly is used for treatment of central nervous system.
Cytoskelet vazebné velké RNP komplexy u samčího gametofytu tabáku (EPPs) jsou asociované s ribosomy a účastní se syntézy proteinů, jejich zpracování a lokalizaci
REŇÁK, David
In the presented work the composition and function of stored ribonucleo-protein particles (EPPs) in tobacco male gametophyte was studied. EPP particles serve as a long-term store of various mRNA molecules, ribosomal and cytoskeletal proteins and other components. They are synthesized during the pollen maturation, kept untranlated and gradually used in proteosynthesis in progamic phase to support the rapid pollen tube growth.
Apitherapy and its use in the healthy lifestyle
GIEBLOVÁ, Simona
This Bachelor Thesis deals with creating and verifying educational program ,,Apiterapie? for students of faculties of educational nature. With content analysis of editorial resources, I have established a theoretical part where I try to explain topics in a context of natural alternative techniques as an important source of health promotion. Then I prepared training program focusing on bee products and their use in practice. The practical part verifies the tutorial on the set of students majoring in Health Education Faculty of Education University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice, using input and output test or the deliberate observation. Determining the level of knowledge of students, after completing the training program and obtain their views on the selection of the object Apiterapie. Processed teaching materials are illustrated in PowerPoint format on CD.
Role of transcription factors in early male gametophyte development of Arabidopsis.
REŇÁK, David
In the presented work the relationship between transcription factors and male gametophyte development was studied. The Ph.D. Thesis covers selection of candidate genes, wide-scale screening of T-DNA mutant lines and detailed analysis of a selected transcription factor on pollen development.
