Grapevine cryoconservation

Storage of grapevine germplasm is endangered by biotic and abiotic stressors in the field conditions, and it is connected with the risk of valuable accession loss. Cryoconservation is a method which eliminates the risk and makes a safe long-term storage of plant germplasm possible. Cryoconservation method is based on storage of plant material at a temperature of liquid nitrogen when all processes are practically stopped but the viability of plant material remains. This methodology describes preparation of plant explants before cryoconservation, apical shoot tip dehydration by cryoprotectants, procedure and principles of long-time plant storage and plant recovery for evaluation of explant survival and regeneration. The Ministry of Agriculture of the Czech Republic is the user of this methodology and it will utilize it in the framework of “National Programme on Conservation and Utilization of Plant, Animal and Microbial Genetic Resources for Food and Agriculture”.

Substitution of beet sugar with plant Stevia rebaudiana and its effect on the sensory quality of selected products.

The main objective of this thesis was to substitute beet sugar with Stevia Rebaudiana Bertoni plant extract, and to assess effect of this substitution on sensory quality of selected products. Ten different samples of cherry jam were produced, using different combination of sweeteners in each of them. As sweeteners, beet sugar and Stevia leaf extract was used. This stevia leaf extract is even 400 times sweeter than common sugar. All samples of jam underwent sensory analysis and results have been graphically processed. The results has shown that Stevia has certain effect on sensory quality.

The aim of this bacheolor thesis was to sum up a rewiew of literature about Mannem of conservation of the agriculture products, namely the herbal and animal products. The former part of this study is focused on the particular methods of conservation and on their advantages and disadvantages. The second and third part of the study is concerned with particular methods of the herbal and animal products and with the period of durability of the conserved products too. In the fourth part of this study i focused on the contemporary trends in today´s conservation of the mentioned products.
Location, evalution and analysis of the cost for production of a pasturage in chosen establishment with higher steep lands.

The graduated thesis is described the characteristic of a permanent grass vegetations, analysis of the scale of production a pasturage in chosen establishment and identification with a technological line for harvest and conservation pasturage. Next describe size of a store, land steep a traffic distance. This thesis describes measuring procedure in order to location of engineering characteristics, consumption of fuels and financial evaluation of all operation in the end.
Determining Production Costs of Hay Silage on a Chosen Farm

The aim of the work is to determine production costs of hay silage on the Co-operative Farm Koryta. Based on assignment three plots, which the Farm owns, were chosen. The first plot has the LPIS code 9706/1, the second 9601/7 and the third one 9703. Total land area of the selected plots is 28,43 ha. Observation was conducted during the harvest in order to obtain desired data. Additional data were acquired from the accounting of the Farm. According to the gathered data calculation of production costs and analysis of the harvesting technology was carried out.
