Additives effect on electrical properties of the epoxy resins

Work was carried out in collaboration with SYNPO, Inc. Pardubice, which provided samples resins with various additives for measurement. The work is divided into three theoretical and one practical chapters. The first chapter focuses on dielectrics in general. It deals with their properties and storyline running in them. The second chapter discusses epoxy resins, their formulation, production and application in manufacturing. The third chapter offers a view of the measurement methods used for diagnosing electrical dielectrics. The practical part describes the preparation of samples and their composition, and consequently their measurement with the evaluation of measurement data.

A new manufacturing technology for an automotive part

The thesis is about analyzing a current technological process. It also includes describing a current production machines, tools and methods of measuring. The problems of milling procedure are described in a detail. In addition, there are descriptions of a technology of the production, methods of using production preparations, and methods of measuring gained results. There is designed an innovative solution of a new technological production. A history of the stoba Precizní Technika Inc. is summarized there. A comparison of the two versions is described in a techno-economic evaluation part, which is about comparing of mechanical time. A solution of the thesis is realized in a medium-sized production company during particular conditions. Limited conditions of the thesis are influenced by the conditions of the selected company.

The Study of Order Processing in Company

The bachelor’s thesis deals with processing order in specific company, when on the basis of information provided analyses the current situation of receiving a request from a customer to the final shipment of finished products. The aim is to propose measures that will improve any of the processes of contract control and the subsequent streamlining and cost savings.

The goal of the Master's Thesis is to analyse processes and activities of lean management, which are used in manufacturing Company ABC and to suggest solutions for improvement. Master's Thesis also studies processes of quality control, which are very important for company, engage in stamping metal components. There will be find some issue to improve by analysing one type of product.

Modelování časových řad výroby a spotřeby elektrické energie v ČR

Modeling of time series of production and consumption of electricity in the Czech Republic. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2015. This bachelor thesis describes the energy market in the Czech Republic. It presents the breakdown into different sources of electric energy production and the basic principle of trading in electricity. One-dimensional time series models, created in the statistical program Gretl, were used for data processing of the production and consumption of electric energy between 2002 and 2014, and the import and export of electric energy in the years 2006 - 2014 in the Czech Republic. The chosen method was the decomposition of the time series focusing on working with systematic component of a series, that consists of trend, seasonal and cyclical component. Based on the description of the data evolution, a two year prediction was created and evaluated using chosen statistical criteria.

Výroba čokoládových cukrovinek a faktory ovlivňující jejich udržitelnost

Bachelor thesis deals with the technology of production of chocolate and influences affecting their sustainability. There are described all process steps from the processing of cocoa beans to actual production of chocolate, which includes pressing, rolling, conching and tempering. Finally there is shown forming, cooling and packaging of chocolate products themselves. There is a brief history, characteristics of the cacao tree and its varieties and basic raw material for the production of chocolate. The work also focuses on the effects on the sustainability of chocolate and chocolate confectionery, which include the effects of the raw materials used and other factors such as temperature, humidity, particle size, or manufacturing steps. Also described herein are defects chocolate, which may occur due to the action of the above mentioned influences. The last part of this work is the division of chocolate under the legislation. In the practical part of the thesis presents the results of testing physical properties of chocolate, which evaluated the influence of applied recipes and storage conditions on ganges in the texture of chocolate products and the formation of fat or sugar efflorescence.

Analýza výrobní činnosti podniku Sonnentor

Bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of work activities of Sonnentor company. The analysis introduces the company, and the structure of its activity between Austrian parent company and its Czech subsidiary company are also described. The quality of products is evaluated and there are introduced the production range and basic company philosophy, which is permanent growth and environmental protection. The research also involves the production processes and product packaging into environmental degradable packages. Final results analyse the economic management of the whole enterprise, SWOT analysis of the Czech firm and its comparison with its subsidiary company.
