In final part of my thesis I am suggesting improvements of debt recovery for entrepreneurs.

The theme of of this bachelor thesis is the analysis the current state of a selected company, focusing on securing and enforcement of receivables. In the theoretical part is the substance of the contractual relationships in which receivables usually arise. The theoretical part discusses the emergence of receivables, collateral, prescription and enforcement of judicial and non-judicial. Receivables are characterized from an accounting and tax perspective. The analytical part contains a presentation of the company and analyze the current state debt collection company. The conclusion presented solutions that should help to reduce the risk of overdue debts in the selected company.

This thesis deals with the issue of debt in a business corporation with a focus on overdue receivables. On the basis of financial analysis, analysis of receivables and internal guidelines in the company, measures are proposed to limit the occurrence of overdue receivables and also there are suggested more effective procedures for solving such receivables.

The theoretical part concerns the creation of claims, their security, statutes of limitations and liquidation. The main part aims to clarify the essence of extra-judicial and judicial recoveries of claims. These claims are seen from the accounting, tax and economic perspective. The analytical part characterizes the selected business subject and features analysis of current securities and recoveries of claims after their due date. The final part of this work includes the most suitable arrangements for increasing the efficiency of methods of recovering claims and suggestions for improving their security.

The bachelor's thesis is focused on the analysis of receivables management in a selected business corporation. The main focus here is on the issue of overdue receivables. Based on the results of selected indicators of financial analysis and analysis of receivables in the company, measures and modified procedures are proposed, which should eliminate the number of overdue receivables and should also improve the management of receivables itself.
