This thesis describes the design of wooden buildings house, whose layout corresponds to the size requirements of the four/five person family. The main objective is the development of technical documentation for realization wooden building system frame construction. The work is divided into text and section drawings. In the text part, we focus on the structural system of wooden frame. Further to the proposal of the building envelope system diffusion open structure. For each construction envelope is made of heat-technical assessment. The work is completely processed and architectural layout wooden buildings. The last part is focused on determining the gross price of the house. Drawing section contains both drawings needed for building permits and manufacturing documentation for implementation of wooden buildings house.

This thesis is focused on draft of wooden house for a family of four on land in Blatec. Layout and spatial designs are made in several variants. Selected alternative is developed into the project documentation. Legislative andnormative requirements arevalidin the Czech Republicand exigencies ofthe investor are respected. The part of thesis is technical documentation, which includedrawings, technical information and approximate price of house.

Návrh dřevostavby dvougeneračního rodinného domu

The thesis addresses performance of two-generation family house, which can be designed in four variants. They are distinguished in particular by different dispositions of the second and partly the first floor. With little differences is maintained the same outward from the exterior. There is described using of different materials for the walls of the building. In the house are combining walls of brick blocks and timber frame construction filled with insulation. Equally important question is the connection of the timber part to a part of brick blocks and related two different modular coordination. Finally the thesis focuses on the assessment of both types of wall in terms of heat transfer coefficient and an aproximate valuation of building with using uniform classification of buildings.

Marketingová studie spokojenosti uživatelů dřevostaveb na území Středočeského kraje

The main point of this work is to determine user satisfaction with wooden buildings in the Central Region. The forms of the questionnaire method have provided information satisfaction of users with their timber and the information subsequently evaluated and commented. The presented results can serve as a guide for improving the quality of service suppliers of wooden structures, or as a guide in determining potential candidates in timber.

The work is focused on appraisal of properties perimeters walls of family house from the point of view of requirements of thermal protection buidlings. It is based on authentic project of house at first and originals structures of perimeters walls. It focuses on a calculation and subsequent comparison to value thermal transmittance U with values set by the norm. In the next part of this work is design typical log house and two low-energies buildings, one type of frame construction and the second type of log construction. After that execute a calculation thermal transmitance U of perimeters constructions projected structures and its appraisal. After that, work sets price of used materials of square metr of full perimeter wall and compares individuals walls among themselves financially and energy.

Dřevostavba pro rekreační účely

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a wooden building, which will be used for recreational purposes, and it will also be inhabitable for the whole year. The introductory part focuses on already realized wood buildings for recreational purposes. The architectural design of the recreational building is devised in the theoretical part, including a detailed description of the selected structural system and a description of materials, which will be used for the aforementioned building. For the layers of perimeter construction, there is an assessment of the thermal protection aspect. At the end of the thesis, economic aspects are shown. The thesis also contains a technical report, an accompanying report and basic drawings with added drawings of specified structural details.

This final thesis is about the marketing study of the satisfaction of users with the wooden structures in the region of Zlín, their intentions for the purchase, advantages and disadvantages of these houses and the connection with the regional development in this area. In the end contains author's recommendations for the companies in the wooden structure industry. Concerning author's field of study -- the regional development and business is this work focused more on the marketing and regional development point of view then forestry. The theoretical part contains description of the region of Zlín, the forestry, demography, economy and regional development in the field of housing and some other aspect important for this region. The practical part focuses on the research in detail. It covers the phase before the data collection, the data collection itself, their analysis, results and the creation of the connection between the reached data and the theory.
