The technical monuments as a part of tourism in the region of Týn nad Vltavou

This thesis processes a database of technical monuments in the city of Týn nad Vltavou and its surroundings. There was made a survey and controlled interviews with local businessmen and on its basis two plans of tourist routes and one cycle route were created. These plans of technical monuments include also its financing and project of new bike rentals.

Analysis of accommodation and catering services in the area Železnorudsko
ŠEFLOVÁ, Dana
The general aim of this bachelor thesis was to analyse the present circumstances in the accommodation and catering facilities in the area of Železnorudsko. The aim was to evaluate the number, structure and quality of accommodation facilities and of catering establishments as well as the quality and the number of provided services. To be able to consider the present circumstances, was carried out an investigation among the visitors of this area, next the interviews with the owner of accommodations facilities and with an employee of the Tourist Information Centre of Železná Ruda. The third source was all the available information about the area and finally also own observation and experience. Consequently was made a synthesis of the obtained data and on the grounds of the obtained results was worked up suggestions and introductions for the improvement of the present state.

The analysis of the Types and Forms of Tourism in the Žďársko Region

The results of the survey found visitor profile, confirm or reject the hypothesis. Furthermore, based on the survey carried out synthesis and knowledge creation and innovation proposals. Based on the information were developed two product packages. The product package was designed for families with children and other young people or physically adept. Both packages are included in accommodation services, food and feed.

Analysis of accommodation and catering services in the area Klatovsko

The aim of this bachelor thesis was to analyse the offer of accommodation and catering facilities on the market within the area of the town of Klatovy, to find out the number of these facilities and the standard of offered services. The evaluation of the situation was accomplished on the basis of questionnaires submitted to the visitors of the accommodation facilities in the area of interest, including also governed interviews with a hotel owner and the director of information centre. Observation method was used as a supplementary research form. The obtained information became a basis for the data synthesis which indicates the overall situation in the area. The synthesis also yielded definitions of a few problems occurring in tourism. An important part of the thesis consists in defining proposals and recommendations aimed at the improvement and development of the catering and accommodation services in the area of Klatovy.

Strategic Analysis of an Enterprise

Target of this work was to do the strategic analysis of the company ROSS Holding a.s. with application of analysis and methods, that should show strong and weak points of this firm and identify her opportunities and threats. Their specifying was the base for the formulation of a strategy, proposals and recommendations for her next development. After executed analysis came out the company has a lot of strengths, on which it can lean in future -- for example her staff -- and has many opportunities for use, too. The end of work was dedicated to proposals for her next development of human resources and to improve of financial situation of firm.
