Investment Loans as a Source of Financing Business Needs

The diploma thesis deals with the investment loan for the business entities and the macroeconomic indicators. The theoretical part provides an overview of the credit process of the investment loan for business entities. The theoretical part focuses on the process of granting the loan, loan contracts and subsequent monitoring of the credit relationship. In the thesis are included the basic characteristics of the most used hedging instrument and the process of assessing the creditworthiness of an applicant. The empirical part of the diploma thesis uses the method of descriptive statistic for analysis examined variables. In the empirical part of the diploma thesis is included the analyse of the dependence between the volume of investment loans and the macroeconomic indicators.

Vliv makroekonomických ukazatelů na export České republiky do vybraných států Evropské unie

The aim of this study is identification of the macroeconomic indicators, which have an influence on the Czech export to the states of the European Union, namely to Slovakia, Germany and Poland in the years 1999-2013. The partial aim is confirmation or rejection of the fact, that the economic growth in these states has an influence on the Czech export. The analysis is made due to multiple regression models for every state. This study is also focused on the economic crisis in the years 2008-2009 and the influence on the Czech export. Recommendations and suggestions are mentioned in the end of this study.

Vliv evropského integračního procesu na ekonomiky Bulharska a Rumunska

This bachelor thesis is aimed to the evaluation of impact of the European integration process on the economies of Bulgaria and Romania between years 1995 and 2012. In the theoretical part the thesis focuses on the transformations of economies of the states in Central and Eastern Europe as well as with the integration process of Bulgaria and Romania. Practical part is concerned with two areas on interest. The first one is the analysis and comparison of political and institutional environment of both states using the World Bank's Governance Matters index. The second one is the evaluation of the integration process impacts on the macroeconomic variables within both states (such as the inflation, unemployment, economic growth and balance of payments) with the use of the graphic and descriptive analysis. The discussion part of the thesis covers of the comparison of Bulgaria and Romania with other Balkan states focused mainly on their integration to EU and the impact of the recent economic crisis.

Zhodnocení vývoje zahraničního obchodu České republiky a Slovenské republiky se zeměmi eurozóny

This bachelor thesis is focused on comparison of foreign commerce and other macroeconomic indicators of Czech and Slovak republic with other Euro-zone countries. First part is focused on common trade policy of the European Union, Eurozone and comparison of who from Eurozone Czech and Slovak republic trade most with together with what commodity is mostly traded. Second chapter is dedicated to another macroeconomic indicators comparison I selected. Comparing both Czech and Slovak Republic with EU countries. Thesis also contains explanatory graphs and tables. In conclusion, the results are summarized and is described the economic development of the Czech and Slovak Republic in the period under review.

Ekonomický sentiment a jeho vliv na poptávku po spotřebním zboží

This diploma thesis focuses on importance of economic sentiment indicator and its predictional power for real macroeconomic indicators. The aim of the the-sis is to prove that economic indicator can predict future development of aggregate demand. In the empirical part will be discussed the impact of economic sentiment indicator on particular real macroeconomic indicators for V4 countries. To prove the causality will be used Granger exogeneity test. As a result of the thesis, there will be recommendation for company's man-agement created. The recommendation will be used for creation stocks and sources plans.

Vliv eura na vývoj ekonomiky a zadlužení zemí jižního křídla Eurozóny

This bachelor thesis discuss the influence of the euro on economic situation and debt crisis of four Eurozone's southern countries. Firstly, bachelor thesis analyse development of Portugal, Italy, Spain and Greece in the last 20 years prior to entering the eurozone. Afterwards, the development of four southern countries after adopting the euro is analysed using macroeconomic indicators in years 2001-2016 with focus on the influence of euro. Then thesis describes fulfilling of Maastricht criterias and observance of the Theory OCA's requirements, mainly the convergence of business. The last chapter concerns about development of Eurozone southern countries debt's with examination of the influence of euro on current debt crisis of southern states.
