Design of the Foundation Pit Sheeting

The bachelor´s thesis deals with the design of the foundation pit sheeting of a multifunctional building in Brno - Pisárky. The thesis contains the description of various styles of foundation pit sheeting. The purpose of the thesis is designing an appropriate method of sheeting, in this case an anchored excavation method is used. Statistic calculations were performed by program GEO5.

Foundation Pits of Circular Cross-section

The master´s thesis focuses on design of underground sprinkler tank for a shopping centre Sconto in Hradec Králové. The purpose of this thesis is to design and to analyse all parts of this construction. These parts are the roof, the bottom plate and the wall, which is represented by secant piles. Due to the high level of the ground water which causes a great pressure on the bottom of the tank, the solution of the bottom plate represents very important part of this thesis. There were used two programs for an analysis, Scia Engineer 2013 and FIN EC – Beton 3D. Furthermore, the work contains a view and a brief description of methods used for sheeting of foundation pits of a circular cross-section. In the end, this thesis contains the design of two other solutions of bottom plate and its economic comparison.

It also presents a solution of a certain problem, where the slope stability, potencional landslide launchers and subsequent remediaton are discussed.

The thesis called The Design of Nedašova Lhota Landslide Securing concentrates on the basic analysis of the problems connected with landslides and safety factors needed for the slopes stability. At the same time it presents a concrete solution to the given practical task, where the slope stability, the causes leading to the landslide and the subsequent redevelopment in view of financial requirements are discussed.

Foundation of Apartment Building in Třeboň

The bachelor thesis deals with the theme of the apartment building foundation. Its objective is based on studies of expert resources and static assessment to design an appropriate way of building construction foundation. In the theoretical part of the bachelor thesis, the author is concerned with the most frequent possibilities of establishing common residential house, the area, and underground foundation on deep soils improved. In the second part, the author makes choice of a particular method of foundation (deep while using piles) and applies it to the calculation of the real structure. The static calculation has been described and consequently manually processed, and finally verified within the program GEO 5. The work also includes an overview together with a brief description of other information sources to be used for the creation of static calculation.

The purpose of this thesis is to design meeting construction and describe technological process of buiding the chosen construction type whichis in this work represented by once anchored meeting structure. This meeting structure was analysed in geotechnical program GEO5.

Permanent Security of Slope Cut

The theme of this work is to create an overview of casing deep trenches. Furthermore, in order to practically apply the knowledge and propose appropriate security solution for a particular site based on its specifics. The proposed solution then statically assessed.
