Erosion control solutions on the boundary river basins in different projects land adjustment
HAKL, Filip
Erosion is a natural life process. But man its activities and accelerating erosion phenomena that threatens one of the most valuable components of the environment - soil, which is difficult to make up for hundreds and thousands of years. The Czech Republic is threatened by water erosion over the third and wind erosion, about one-tenth of the local soil. When we add to the volume of soil that are occupied by new buildings, it turns out that the soil relatively quickly disappearing. This work deals with the calculation and solution of water erosion in the village Protivec, using the universal equation USLE, the modified equation MUSLE and CN curves method. The resulting values are compared with the values of a land adjustment project, landscaping and erosion control measures are proposed.
The possibilities of land adjustment projection harmonization with urban structures development.
MÁŠL, Jakub
For the purpose of the work was selected and analysed Úsilné land adjustment projection (LAP), which is characterized by a strong representation of residential structures. Furthermore, the village development plan was analysed in terms of residential structures and border of the LAP. Development areas for multi-activities and infrastructure networks were defined, as well. As a result, a proposal for harmonizing the LAP project and the village development plan was suggested, focusing on a regional system of ecological stability, erosion protection of the settlements, communications connectivity and flood protection. Finally, benefits of the suggested solution were presented.
Working out of land adjustment supported by computers
VONDRÁKOVÁ, Eva
The target of my diploma thesis is to introduce a few particular programs, which enable the handling with land arrangement, furthermore is pointed out the comparison of their functionalities and their availability. The next substantial intention is to introduce the most appropriate procedures used for the projection of land arrangement. Last but not least, in this diploma thesis are described following programs: POZEM 7.95, TopoL 4.08, UR {--} Roupec 3.0, Printing manager for PC FAND 2.5 and Information KN 6.0. Here are also included and processed the basic theoretical knowledge about land arrangement, its historical development and furthermore the process of land arrangement with regard to the valid legislation. The graphical outputs from the particular programs, which are a part of the land arrangement proposal according to a legislation 122/2007, are attached. The outputs are several maps from the concrete land arrangement. As the optimal variation for the processing with the land arrangement I would recommend to use the program POZEM. This program is especially used at the land office as well as at the project offices, is regularly updated, has sufficient technical support and the form .dgn is commonly known. With regard to the fact, that the evidence of real estate register operates with a form .vfk, I would strongly recommend to use the program POZEM, because the programs Topol and UR-Roupec are not able to automatically convert any data in the form .vfk.
Evaluation of a soil erosion in a project of KPU
HAŇKOVÁ, Kateřina
In the Czech Republic, about 50 per cent of agricultural land is affected by water erosion that adversely influences soil productivity and the environment. That´s why the goal of this work was an evaluation of soil erosion danger in an arbitrary area. And secondly, if high erosion danger found, there was a task to make a proposal of suitable erosion control measures. The chosen area is called Hosín, located northly close to České Budějovice. There were fifteen profiles found in the area which are most likely to be in a danger of increased water erosion. These fifteen profiles were proved by two different methods of soil erosion evaluation. The RUSLE method - revised universal soil loss equation, and SMODERP {--} a simulation model of overland flow and erosion processes. SMODERP method showed all the proved profiles beeing not in a high erosion danger. Which means no erosion control measures are needed. The result gained by the RUSLE method was: by more than one third of examined slopes the estimate average annual soil loss raises above the limits. In this case the erosion control measures are necessary. Four different possibilities were proposed, the final one was combination of two erosion control measures {--} mulching and using a vegetative stabilization while the soil is uncovered. This kind of control measure was found to be the best one because of its low financial costs and easy implementation. On the other hand this control measure doesn´t restrict the farmer´s choise of the crops kind to grow. An objective comparison of the different results gained of the two methods wasn´t possible because of different enter data.
Common equipment function analysis in land adjustment.
ŠVÁBOVÁ, Kristýna
The practical part of the thesis is dealing with the evaluation of the common equipment functionality in the cadastral territories, where the complex land consolidation was implemented. In the chosen complex land consolidations was realized terrain exploration, which was based on a characteristic of the territory and on the findings of the existing common equipment objects. In the given areas the common equipment was judged, the judgement was concretely concentrated on the valuation of roads. On the basis of these facts the common equipment functionality was found out, the acquired results were interpreted and the new equipments or the changes of the existing functionless objects had been suggested. Information which results from the analysis were processed by the programme GIS (Geographical Information System) and the output was a map in which the present state and the proposed changes had been represented.
Land adjustment evaluation in light of soil protection in Southern Bohemia.
KOULOVÁ, Lucie
Student thesis deals with soil conservation from effects of water erosion. In most territories, where land adjustment were done still, only mild erosion threat was found out and designed against {--} erosive measures were consequently minimal in these areas. There were mostly expulsion of maize from crop rotation, grassing or projection of a new rural road so as it interrupts slope. For example of such land adjustment there was complex land adjustment Vitín adduced and evaluated. Land adjustment Horní Stropnice was chosen for more detailed solution, there was a higher erosion threat found out by calculation of soil transport. The area was split in blocks, in which soiltransport was counted by means of Wischmeier-Smith equation for various values of factor R. Then soiltransport after realization of against {--} erosive measures was counted. Component against {--} erosive measures were evaluated and their execution in terrain was found out. Results show a problem with determination right value of factor R and a fact, that designed against {--} erosive measures stay mostly unimplemented.
Land adjustment projection and realization specificity in mountainous and sub-mountainous localities.
MAYER, Zdeněk
The aim of this work was to describe specifics of projection and realization of common facilities within land adjustment projects in mountainous and submountainous localities. In order to this specification, twenty-three projects in the district of Český Krumlov were studied. They were compared with the current {--} rather universal - methodology and differences were described. Simultaneously, several imperfections of these projects were described and evidences were shown, as well. As a result, new, fully concrete and practical methodological advices were presented in order to prevent these imperfections, respecting the specific conditions of mountainous and sub-mountainous localities. Finally, it was evaluated how the projected measures actually manage to accomplish.
The use of new statistical processes by evaluation of land adjustment realization in Southern Bohemia.
HRNÍČKOVÁ, Martina
The diploma thesis is focused on evaluation and realization of the complex land amendments in south bohemia district. The theoretical part provides general information about the land amendments from the history to their goals following with description of the forest paths mainly their categories and requests on path network propositions. In the practical part there is described realization of the forest paths mainly their costs and how many kilometers had been carried out in the particular districts. The next part describes Tabor district. There are evaluated mainly technical parameters of the roads, start and finish of the build and if it had been new build or restoration. Finally there is financial comparison put into graphs.
Use and application of historical maps for land consolidation projekt.
KOUBOVÁ, Veronika
This diploma thesis deals with usage and processing historical maps. The main attention was given to the maps of Stable Cadaster and Land Cadaster, which are mostly used for this purpose. The part of the cadastral unit Dříteň {--} Velice was chosen as given locality, where was realized the land adjustment.
Evaluation of map in given locality, superposition of different quality maps, preparation of basic materials for the project of land consolidation.
NOVOTNÁ, Jana
This diploma work is concerned in evaluation of map bases, superposition of different quality maps and preparation of basic materials for the project of land adjustment. The main attention was given to cadastral maps of Land Registr of Czech Republic. The part of the cadastral unit Staré Hodějovice was chosen as given locality, where was proclaimed the beginning of land consolidation in 2004.
