The project has been prepared complete documentation of new building to house the level of documentation for building construction. House is designed for a family of four. Built-up area is 213.9 square meters. Enclosure is designed as a lightweight extensive green roof. The house is lined with ceramic bricks Porotherm. The proposal emphasizes the object static and layout, fire safety, energy saving and safety in use. Drawings were processed in software for design - ArchiCAD

Master's thesis - Apartment house - is drafted as building documentation under relevant laws and standarts. The project processes documentation of a new Apartment building. It is designed as a brick building with basement and three aerial floors. The roof is designed as a flat and walkable roof.
Family house with a hinterland for cyclists

The project is a two-storey family house situated on a hillside. The first floor is designed as a residential unit with its own entrance, which is connected with the basement area by a double staircase. In addition to the staircase, the basement comprises technical facilities and a garage. Moreover, a summer fast food bar, bicycle rental and repair shop are situated in separate premises on the street floor. The building is based on strip foundations made of plain concrete. The construction consists of breeze blocks and ceiling panels made of light ceramic concrete. The structure is covered by a saddle double-shell ventilated flat roof with a light upper coating.
Family House on the slope

In the bachelor´s thesis, a design of a house situated in the slope is presented and its detailed project documentation is worked out. The thesis is divided up according to the valid laws, norms and regulations required for realization of the project. The unique feature of the house designed is its location in the sloping terrain of the plot: the roof of the building gradually connects with the surrounding terrain. Due to such an innovative solution, a vast number of technical and constructional details needed to be dealt with and were described in the thesis.
Detached house, Brno - Obrany

The project is focused on the draft and installation of family house into the hillside. The family house should satisfied all requirements of demanding users. The house is designed to five-member or six-member family. It is divided in to four zones: day, night, working and relaxing. It is designed as two-floor house. There is garage with two personal car parking spots in the first floor. The walls are formed by the system of lost formwork MAXplus AKU. The flat roof provides a space for terrace and it is used as green roof, too.
