Creativity and innovation in self-awareness and self-management

This bachelor's work addresses the theme of self-awareness and self-management, their creative methods and implementation. The aim of this work is to represent and express the importance of knowing one's self and to show the important role of self-management in the every day life of people. Different practical tools and methods which can contribute to higher performance and success are described as well. The first part of this work contains theoretical knowledge about creativity and innovation, self-awareness and self-management and the assessment of effective goals; the emphasis is dedicated to one particular tool and method which could contribute to the improvement of people's performance and perfection. The practical part of this bachelor's work continues with working out the theoretical part and is founded on research which aims to confirm whether students in universities are concerned about self-awareness and self-management; and in the cases where they are, to which degree are they using these particular tools and methods. Following the results, an interpretation of the research is formulated in advantageous suggestions and recommendations.
The development of artistic creativity of children and the possibility of applying art plays in the free time pedagogy (aimed at pre-school age)

The work deals with the creativity of preschool children, using art plays in the education of free time. The theoretical part focuses on creativity, its elements and levels. It describes the creative process and the factors influencing creativity. It looks at why it is important to develop creativity, what are the methods and the development of creativity. Characterizes the development of creativity of children, and what enhances their creative thinking and perception. Furthermore, it defines art education, children's creative expression and the subject of children's drawings. It talks about an artist and educator leadership of art activities. It characterizes the game and its importance, creative play and its use. Describes leisure, basic human activity in leisure time and mention the artistic hobbies of children. It focuses on pre-school age children, their physical development, development of basic abilities and skills, socialization, and of course the game. The practical part is focused on creative art activities for children of preschool age and the use of art games. The project was carried out with children in the parental center, and its theme was the sea. Developing Free Time Artistic Creativity in Children of Pre-school and Early-school Age (Art Project - Water)

The work is focused on the development of artistic creativity in free time of pre-school and early school children, using a visual project called water. The work is divided into two parts. A theoretical and a practical one. The theoretical part describes concepts such as creativity, artistic creativity, various aspects of creativity, creative personality characteristics, especially children´s one, and the overall creativity development and education. It also describes characteristic traits of pre-school and early school age, educational principles, planning and preparation for art activities. The last chapter outlines the phenomenon of leisure, particularly children´s leisure, leisure time teacher's personality and the importance of playing, recreational and game activities for children. The practical part of the thesis deals with different art activities that I realized with children during the art project. Each activity outline consists of a goal, motivation, aids, its process description, conclusion and feedback. The games are completed with movement activities as well.
Creative thinking and it's support in managerial practice

The presented thesis deals with creativity, creative thinking and its support in managerial practice. Creative thinking and innovations are very sought after these days, that's why it is important to understand how they relate to corporate governance and how management should support their employees in this field. The goal of this thesis was find out, how analyzed company supports creative thinking of their employees and how management contributes to creating an environment that supports creativity. To fulfill the goal of the thesis, research was undertaken in the form of analyzing the company's documents, observation, interviews and a questionnaire. Based on the discovered results, it will be possible to identify the current state of the company and then put together recommendations and proposals for changes. These changes should be helpful to improve creativity amongst employees and hence improve the company's economic effectiveness.
Creativity and its research

The thesis deals with the topic of creativity, which is considered to be an integral part of human life and is often perceived as one of the major prerequisites of successful individuals on both professional and personal levels. The first few chapters are dedicated to human creativity from a theoretical point of view. They summarize all up-to-date knowledge concerning this topic and focus on research in this area. This later became the basis of my own research project I am presenting in this work. The following chapters are directly dedicated to the executed research project, which is analyzed in terms of its structure. The area of research and its goals are specified and introduced here. I then characterize the involved respondents, the proposed methodology and explain which feature or area of creativity they deal with. I then further explain the evaluation method of the collected data. As part of the output evaluation I pointed out interesting facts obtained through the research and formulated a hypothesis, which observes a certain tendency to creativity in relation to the chosen field of study.
Utilization of the role of a nurse as a decision-maker in practice in connection with provision of quality nursing care

The thesis attempts to outline the extent to which the decision-making role of nurses is utilized, and the main factors that affect decision-making of nurses within the scope of provision of nursing care. The research has found out that nurses utilize their decision-making role to an insufficient extent hence the sense and purpose of decision-making must be emphasised again. This task may be assumed by managing nurses. Managing nurses may also contribute by more effective defending of competences of nurses. From the factors needed by nurses for effective decision-making, attention should be paid particularly to education. It is necessary to make possible for nurses to extend their knowledge and thus to obtain theoretical insight (e.g. in respect of decision-making) to be used by them while providing care to a patient/client.
Effect of change of toys in playing of pre-school children

The purpose of this thesis is to describe the influence of change of the common type of toys to natural materials on playing of groups of the three- and four-year-old children. Last but not least, the real necessity of toys for this group is also highlighted in this work. The theoretical part contains the definition and historical development of the playing and toys of pre-school children and the current knowledge about influence of toys upon childrens` playing. Practical experiment was based on replacement of man-made, common toys, with natural material ones for two weeks. The task of this thesis was to monitor reaction of children to the change - their cooperation, creativity and aggression. Observation of this experiment has eventually proved the positive effect of natural materials in all monitored areas.
The development of creativity of hig school students during a summer camp

This work is monitored from a professional point of view the area of creativity and its development on students during a summer camp. The theoretical part deals with the problems of creativity, its development and leisure activities. Research section includes a comprehensive weekly program that uses various methods to develop creativity, applied on the high school students during the summer camp activities. The aim of this study was to compare the methods used in terms of their impact on human development, teamwork, communication, creativity and degree of its development. This research showed, that the development of creativity in the teamwork brings a lot of advantages. Especially the level of cooperation, inspiration and humour, that is lived in the group together. In this research is showed that different methods for the development of creativity are developing the components of creativity in different degrees.
Illustrations for Children in a view of Children Younger School Age within the Scope of the Leisure Time Education

This thesis is concerned with the illustration for children and its visual perception of the younger school age children in terms of Leisure time education. There are two parts in my thesis, a practical part and a theoretical part. The theoretical part describes the Younger School Age from a view of the Behavioural Psychology and also of the factor participating in an Education and Leisure time education of children. The thesis also includes the illustration, introduced as a part of Art, its historical evolution and an evolution of the Czech Illustration for children. There is also mentioned a personality of the illustrator and his creative language in this part, and moreover there is an introduction of popular illustrators of the 20th century and their production for children. The practical part is focusing on a realization of the project. It is divided in two main parts. The first part is formed by activities related to the Literature and Illustrations for children, being a base for the qualitative research. The second part is devoted to the children perception of single areas relating to the Illustration and its processing by the interviews made with children.
Creative game in the kindergarten

In the theoretical part of my work I am concerned with creative playing in the kindergarten. There is a definition of creative playing, its features, stages, also creativity and a creative pupil characteristics as well as the characteristics of a teacher who supports the child?s creativity. In the practical part, I observed a group of children in a kindergarten during creative playing, displays of the children?s creativity and also the teacher that encouraged and motivated creativity in children. Next, I observed whether the teacher dcriticized the children for their performance and work.
