This thesis has developed a draft business plan for the establishment of a private kindergarten in a small town. The kindergarten will be established as a limited liability company. The work consists of three parts. In the theoretical part of the thesis a business plan is defined and the individual parts are characterized. The second part of the thesis focuses on the analysis of the current market situation. In the last part all individual parts of the private kindergarten business plan are detailed and also financial analysis, risks analysis and their limitations.

This diploma thesis deals with the business plan of the establishment of private kindergarten in Brno. A business plan is being developed for the establishment of kindergarten as a business operated under a trade license. Diploma thesis is a response to the current situation prevailing in the market of children preschool education when offer of kindergartens services is quite insufficient to demand for them and that created space for private kindergarten entry to this market. This diloma thesis deals with the conditions for the successful establishment and operation of the kindergarten, including an analysis of the business environment marketing plan financial plan and the steps for implementing the business plan.

The theoretical section also contains important information about the specific characteristics and conditions for business in Kazakhstan. The second part is practical and consists of a certain business plan on a language school. The main aim of my thesis was to find out how I could realize my dream about creating a company capable of business competition. I also wanted to know what is needed for starting up in this field. I tried to find out the real amount of costs that I would hate to put into the project to keep it profitable, easy to operate and capable of competition in this tough business field. The idea was to create an accommodation facility, which would correspond to European standards and which would satisfied all customers - families or businessmen. Overall results of my thesis showed that the project selected be me would be feasible. I also found out that the hotel would be able to take hold in the market of services and it is very probable that it would be able to compete with other similar facilities in the area. I also found out that the costs which would be put into the project would not overcome the income. It means that the company would be profitable and therefore able of competing in the business. I think it is very probable that it would be very attractive for customers because it is placed in a very popular area friendly for tourism. From the results of my work I found out that it would be necessary to put in higher costs to repair the building, but the costs would return in next few years. I also learned what is needed for start up in this area and I think that this knowledge would be useful for me in the future. Finally, by the creating of this thesis I learned to communicate with strangers and to think more economically, especially in the process of setting up the various costs and revenues. I can say that I have deepened my knowledge of the economics and marketing which is fully used in my thesis.
