Name fo the work: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with rheumatic arthritis Aim: The aim of the bachelor thesis is to introduce the topic of rheumatic arthritis. Methodics of work: The work is divided into theoretical and special part. The first chapter is devoted to general rheumatology, necessary examinations and mainly to rheumatic arthritis. In the second part case study of the patient with this disease is described in details. The part also include testing, individual therapies, output examination and evaluation of the therapy effect. Result: The case study was elaborate in the period of January 6. - 31. 2014 at the Institute of Rheumatology in Prague. And the aims of therapies was fulfilled. In the theoretical part it handles the epidemiology, etiology, etiopathogenesis, clinical picture, diagnostics and differential diagnostics. It introduces the assessment of disease activity, functional disability diagnosis and evaluation of radiographic progression. Presents acomprehensive pharmacological therapy, rheumatosurgery andnon-pharmacological care. It develops complex physical therapy according to various stages of humoral activity. Two specific case reports of patients diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis have been described and elaborated in the practical part. The work and reports are focused on testing and therapy used for these particularpatients. Author: Hana Benetková Title of bachelor's thesis: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with rheumatoid arthritis Summary: The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to become familiar with the issues of rheumatoid arthritis and develop case study of the patient with this diagnosis. This work is divided into general and special part. General part is focused on etiology, pathogenesis, clinical picture, diagnostics and treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Special part was compiled on the base of the coherent expert internship at the Rheumatology Institute in Prague during the period from 14.1.2013 to 8.2.2013. This part includes anamnesis, input and output kinesiology analysis, aims and design of the therapy, therapy progress and evaluation of the therapy effect. Title of bachelor's thesis: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of patient with Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis Summary: I focus on rheumatic diseases in childhoodin my thesis, especially the issue of juvenilie idiopathic arthritis. This work contains free parts; the first consists of the condition, the second is theoretical, focusing on a more detailed description of the deseases, including screening and subsenquest therapy and the third is a special part that contains a case study of physiotherapy treatment of patient with juvenile rheumatoid arthritis. I worked on this case study during my month experience in the Rhematology Institute in Prague. The special part consists of the input and output kinesiological analysis, the short- and long- term physiotherapy plan, therapy suggestions and description of ten exercise units. Title: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with enteropathic arthritis. Author: Michaela Stránská Aim: Treatment proposal to the patient with enteropathic arthritis and the pursuance of the curative effect. Methods and abstract: The literature search and the case study of this issue was proceeded within the practical experience in Rheumatology Institute in Prague from 9. 1. 2012 to 3. 2. 2012. The general part of the thesis is about rheumatology diseases, exactly enteropatic arthritis. I described the patology, etiology and metods of their treatment. The special part of the thesis includes the case report of the patient with enteropatic arthritis with main problem in the right shoulder and its therapy and pursuance of the curative effects. Result: Enhance of the range of motion of the right shoulder and its power. Normalization of the muscle tone of right upper limb. Title of bachelor's thesis Case Study of physiotherapy treatment of patient with Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis Summary The goal of my work is to characterize the issue of the juvenile idiopathic arthritis. In the first more theoretical part, I specifically describe the above mentioned disease and make a general distinction among the rheumatic diseases. The second part elaborates on a special case report of a patient being diagnosed with the juvenile idiopathic arthritis, which I had been working on during the four-week work experience at the Rheumatology Institute in Prague. This section includes the input and output kinesiology analysis, short- and long-term therapeutic plan, design/proposal and description of particular treatment therapies.
