Employment Relationship in Terms of Wage Costs and Cost Comparisons using Outsourcing

This bachelor thesis is dealing with the problem of the labor-law relationships from the optimization of expenses point of view and the costs when the outsourcing is used are compared. The theoretical part of the thesis is dedicated to the definition of concepts from the perspective of law, economics, and taxes. In the practical part of this thesis the question of labor-law relationships of the mercantile company is being discussed and quantified expenses linked to outsourcing are calculated. Based on the performed analyses some real-world solutions leading to the optimization of the company's expenses are suggested.

The bachelor thesis evaluates the current situation of the entrepreneur in the field of labor relations and based on the analysis proposed a solution usable for saving the wage and personal costs of the employer.
Commencement of basic employment law relationship - comparison of the Czech and German legal regulation

This text aims on providing of analysis of the content of the rigorous thesis. The thesis deals with the topic of commencement of basic labour relations and its comparison with the German legal regulation. Therefore it is divided into three parts. The first part closely focuses on the commencement of basic labour relations according to the valid Czech law. The second part describes the commencement of labour relations according to the valid law of the Federal Republic of Germany. The third part compares and contrasts both legal regulations. The first part is the most extensive. It describes the historical development of labour law in general, its sources as well as its incorporation into the legal system of the Czech Republic. Furthermore, it defines labour relations, basic labour relations and commencement of labour relations with regard on the extended recodification of the private law. The second part which describes the German legal regulation, conceptually follows on the previous part. The author adhered to the terminology of German labour law and to the description of commencement of labour relations according to German textbooks. The third part is the shortest and it compares and contrasts the similarities and the differences between the Czech and German legal regulations.

Characterizes the selected procedures and basic obligations of the employer before the commencement of employment. There is also a problem with receiving jobseekers. The employer has an interest to adopt a new employee, without significantly increasing costs. For this reason thesis will found out if the employer in entitled to one of the allowances provided by the Labour Office under an active employment policy.

It deals with the calculation of the average year recalculated quantity of employees and then with calculation of observance of the mandatory share. It analyses present state of performance of the mandatory proportion of employment of persons with disabilities of employer and on its basis presents proposals of solutions, which are for employer preferable in terms of economical and tax.
