Bachelor thesis is divided into three main parts. First part is dealing with the general issue of enforcement of the cessions. It is concerned the legal, accounting and tax aspects. The following part is concerned receivables in selected stock company. More precisely it is trade receivables. Based on the analysis results of receivables current situation in company, I've proposed remedies which would help improve the current situation in Poda Inc.

My bachelor thesis deals with the proposal of the debt collection improvement in the enterprise. In the first part which is theoretical, there are explained the basic words from the point of view of accounting, taxes and economics. The businessman is briefly introduced in the second part which is analytical. And finally the analysis of the present conditions of the debt collection is presented. In the conclusive part there is my own proposal of the system of the debt collection described.

This bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of debt collection overdue. The theoretical part deals with the creation, dissolution, ensuring of limitation, by way of debt collection - whether out of court or judicial enforcement, execution.There is analyzed the turnover of receivables and receivables from the tax and accounting purposes too. The analytical part of the paper analyzes the current status of receivables entrepreneur Michal Šidlo resides and of the method of enforcing its claims. The last part provides ways to ensure a recovery that business might use to assess their advantages of time and financial considerations and proposals for measures to prevent problematic loans.

The analytical part describes the business entity, line of the business and the current situation which is a dramatic problem within debt recovery. The third part is designed to show the most appropriate ways to ensure receivables.

The analysis is assessed and measures to reduce the number of claims and to better maintain the claims are recommended in the work.
