Reproduction strategy of Polar Bear (Ursus maritimus) focused on the reproduction and mother behaviour in captivity.

Polar bear (Ursus maritimus) is the biggest terrestrial carnivore, which inhabiting arctic parts of land, where hunting especially seals. Season of reproduction proceed in the spring. Female breeding in the winter, from November to the end of December or later, most often two cubs. Cubs stay with mother until their 2,5 years. This study consists in analysis of breeding record from man-made den in Brno Zoo. Videorecord entrap maternity behaviour of mother to cubs and their contacts with mother. Behaviour category: behaviour of mother before birth of cubs, movements of mother, communication between mother and cubs, duration last of female replay on sounds of cubs. Because of small size of cubs there were analysed only volume of loudness, contact vocalizations and expressive sounds manifestations. Results of videorecord monitoring: female contact with cubs was absolutely continuous in first two days, if mother was away from cubs, it left them in place. Methodology of athletic warm ? up and its usage in school educational programme

Graduation thesis focuses on warm ? up in a way of running drills, so called ABC running drills. It shortly presents dilemmas of physical load and preparation of human organism by warm ? up on physical load. It continues with zoom in running skills and advances on parts dedicated to concrete running excercises. Particular drills are captured on videorecording with audio commentary and it can be found in attachment. The ending is created by possibilities a suggestions for implementation of these drills in educational practice.
