Analysis of Business Processes for the Purpose of Selecting a New Information System of the Chosen Company

This thesis is focused on getting the summary of requirements for the new information system of joint-stock company called Zemas. For that purpose will be used analysis of individual internal and external business processes together with a schematic interpretation of flows within these processes. On the basis of identified facts suitable suppliers of the new system will be recommended.
Design of a Manufacturing Process Management

The aim of this diploma thesis is to create and apply a methodology to improve the manufacturing process. Processes for the passage of a contract through the company and activities of the foreman were analyzed. According to this analysis, a methodology was created for continuous improvement of the manufacturing process. This methodology was applied to the data obtained in the analysis. Based on the application of the methodology, actions have been proposed to improve the production process.
Modeling of production order

This bachelor's thesis deals with the modeling of the order process by the company, which defines the origin of production orders and their subsequent capacity balancing in the production company TOS ZNOJMO, akciová společnost, using the software Enterprise architect. The thesis consist of the history and organizational structure of the company and process modeling. Subsequently, the analysis of the process is performed and in the end the evaluation of the suitability of the process with the proposal of possible changes for its improvement.
Optimization and use of standardized manufacturing routines for the Common Rail Flange production of high pressure pumps.

Objective of the Project of optimization and introduction of standardized procedures in flange production is to plan, determine and introduce optimal procedures based on time scan and MTM analysis; to determine standards, to establish standardized procedures for multi -machine operation and visual control and to train personnel according to new procedure. Project is expected to stabilize process, decrease work in process production, improve quality and increase volume of flange production to 2200 pieces per day for one production line. Furthermore to provide comparison of standardization influence on operations in flange production process, to perform quantitative analysis of several working instructions on visual control workplaces by statistics method (R&R study).

The thesis focuses on the analysis of the current production system on the production line BS Unit in the company Daikin Device Czech Republic, s.r.o. in terms of material flow and move of worker. The main outcome is the proposal of precaution for improvement of the currently production of proces.The first part of the thesis describes the basic terms and methods from the field of industrial engineering. These findings are then used for data analysis and for the solution proposal in the analytical part.
Process Analysis for Migration of Current Information System to ERP SAP Business Suite

The purpose of this thesis is the process analysis of the current state of Helios Orange IT system. The objective is to create a process map related to Nitto Denko Czech s.r.o., in order to use the final analysis as a model of actual situation, which will later serve as a proposal of migration into the new information system called SAP/R3. I have used the methodology of modeling and analysis company processes called MMABP (Methodology for Modeling and Analysis of Business Process). This thesis mainly focused on the description of the conceptual level of a proposal for a new IT system, it does not deal with other levels of the proposal due to the fact that technological and implementation areas will be covered by an external company. The main contribution of my work lies in the reduction of time required for the creation of the Business Blueprint document by external company staff (i.e. creation of output necessary for SAP implementation). Furthermore, this project enables key users of the information system to participate in the preparation process related to the system migration, which makes it possible to prepare theoretically and practically to scheduled changes of system.

It analyzes the main reasons and benefits of implementing process management in the company. Specifies the different areas where it is possible to implement process management, and compares the practicality of this implementation with the theoretical knowledge. The last section describes processes and models created by some of these processes in an company, engaged in retail sales at a distance.

The theoretical part is focused on processes, their improvement, description, and analysis. The practical part specifies the steps of the process and its shortcomings. The output is a process improvement proposal and evaluation of the benefits of the proposed changes.

Bachelor thesis consists of an evaluation of the current state of the organization People in Need using process analysis and financial analysis. The main activity of People in Need is humanitarian and development aid abroad. The organization works in countries all over the world, mainly in regions that are affected by poverty and natural disasters or other kinds of catastrophes. Theoretical part of the thesis was conducted using a documentary analysis of available resources about non-profit organizations, about their position in a national economy, about their financing and typology. Practical part of the thesis focuses on every part of the process analysis, each one is evaluated thoroughly. Possible problems and threats for the organization were proposed after the analysis was evaluated. Recommendations for the management of the organization were formulated based on the found threats. These recommendations can serve for further planning and decision making.
Procesní analýza organizace AIESEC Brno

The number of non-governmental organizations in the Czech Republic is still growing, therefore this thesis focuses on the process analysis of one of them, a student association AIESEC Brno. Through its areas, AIESEC Brno offers several products to its market, such as foreign internships and projects focused on business and sustainability education. Based on the individual analyses, the competitiveness, the ability to meet the needs of the customer, the financial situation, and the growth and strategy of each area of this organization were evaluated to identify the main risks and subsequent recommendations for the organization. Through questionnaire surveys, it was found out that clients are very satisfied with the services of AIESEC Brno. Furthermore, the individual analyses showed that the most successful area with great potential is Local Projects. Based on the results from both the BCG matrix and the service analysis, the area of Outgoing Global Exchanges is a stable area which brings constant profits despite facing a lot of competition. The Incoming Global Talent area has stopped generating profits due to a lack of innovation in approaching companies and market changes.
