Ekonomické souvislosti vybraných zemědělských podniků
Radová, Monika
This diploma thesis evaluates economic valorization of two chosen cattle breeding farms. First subject is situated in Velké Němčice and engages in Montbeliard cattle breeding. Second one is based in Uherčice and specializes in Holstein cattle. Firstly, the work deals with the financial analysis of the company, which focuses mainly on the analysis of financial ratios. Then the economic analysis of whole ZEMOS Inc. is carried out. Subsequently both farms are compared by the zootechnical analysis, in which the numbers of newly born calves and the number of dairy cows are measured and contrasted, and also the milk analysis, where the economic context of of dairy farming was compared. From the comparison, we can see that the company was selling milk with above-average prices. In addition to 2012, ZEMOS Inc. always had higher price than the other producers.Database of the theoretical part is based on the scientific literature, which is listed in the Sources. Custom work is mainly based on accounting and other internal reports about the company ZEMOS Inc., namely the balance sheet and profit and loss account for the period 2009 - 2016.

Navrátilová, Iva
The aim of this diploma thesis was the analysis of organic farm AgroFyto spol. s.r.o., which deals with dairy cattle breeding and suckler cattle. In an analysis of selected indicators were evaluated for milk production, selected parameters of reproduction and meat production. The results of the system of classification of carcasses of SEUROP cattle were evaluated within the meat yield. The animals were monitored for the period 2014-2017. Values related to dairy yields and dairy reproduction were obtained from performance monitoring for 2015 and 2016. The individual years were divided into four seasons after three months. In this work was evaluated the effect meantime, the time of calving, lactation, breed and season on the amount of milk in the period, as well as the impact on the amount of milk fat and protein content of milk for the year 2015 to 2016. The analysis revealed a difference in the evidence of the effects on milk in the monitored period. Regarding the influence of milk volume on fat and protein content in milk, this effect has been demonstrated only in one of four seasons. In the analysis, the effect of the season on the amount of milk was not statistically proven. Compared to organic farm BEMAGRO a.s and foreign ecofarm, it was found that cattle on dairy farm AgroFyto spol. s.r.o. Better results in the quantity of milk in question over the reference period. Dairy Farmer FARMA ZPZ s.r.o. But they have a better milking. AgroFyto spol. s.r.o. Has a dairy with the lowest protein content in milk and the highest fat content compared to two organic farms. Compared to the overall results of the KU in the Czech Republic, AgroFyto spol. s.r.o. Lower milk yield, but higher fat in milk.

Křístková, Jana
The main objective of this thesis is to assess the influence of condition of Holstein cattle during the dry period on the quality of colostrum and on the milk yield. The assessment is based on Body Condition Score (BCS) performed on dairy cows during the dry period and, subsequently, after calving. The experiment was carried on from December 2015 to October 2016 in Mléčná farma Lubina, s. r. o. farm. The Body Condition Score was assessed in the dry period and then within a week after calving. The overall number of examined animals is 384 cows in the dry period and 384 cows after calving. An hour after calving, a sample of colostrum was taken and its quality was assessed by a manual refractometer ATC (with automatic temperature compensation). The parameters of milk yield were obtained from the milk yield examination of each dairy cow 100 days after calving. The experiment showed that the physical condition of dairy cows in the dry period was highly influential (P is smaller than 0,01) in the average BCS in component ranges and that the physical condition after calving was also highly influential (P is smaller than 0,01) in the average BCS in component ranges. Furthermore, the conclusive impact (P is smaller than 0,05) on the contents of proteins in milk of dairy cows with BCS is smaller or equal than 3 (3,77 %) and of dairy cows with optimum BCS of 3,25 to 3,75 (3,89 %) was proved. In case of succession of lactation periods, the conclusive impact (P is smaller than 0,01) was proved on milk yield of cows in their 2nd lactation period (38,16 kg) and cows in their 3rd lactation period (41,17 kg), as well as on cows in their 4th lactation period (38,59 kg). Also, the statistically conclusive impact (P is smaller than 0,01) on the contents of proteins in milk and of lactose of dairy cows in their 2nd lactation period (3,71 % a 5,03 %) and of dairy cows in their 4th lactation period and latter (4,10 % a 4,96 %) was proved. Other results weren´t statistically significant.
Vlivy působící na množství somatických buněk v mléce holštýnských krav ve vybraném chovu
Hájková, Kamila
The aim of this thesis was to assess and evaluate various influences on somatic cell count of Holstein cows milk in a selected dairy farm. Five years (2012-2016) of monitoring animal recordings was used as a basis for studying and finding indicators that affect of somatic cells count. Milk yield, fat and protein content were also analyzed from data taken from animal recordings. We studied effects of the month, the year, the number of lactation and the milk yield. Mean values and other statistical indicators of milk compounds (minimum, maximum, coefficiet of variation, standard deviation) were determined and then compared with the other months and years. The results show that milk yield, number of lactation, month of the year effects somatic cell count. Weak correlation was found for influence the fat and protein content on somatic cell count.

In this diploma thesis an analysis of the reproductive indicators was performed in dairy cows of Holstein cattle and dairy cows of Czech fleckvieh on the four different farms located in the Vysočina region. In the thesis were evaluated average values of reproductive performance – service period, interval, insemination index, interim and pregnancy percentage. All values were compared between individual stock and between breeds. In addition, the success rate of slaughter in individual seasons was evaluated. A total of 772 inseminations were performed at ZOD Habry in the monitored pe-riod, the service period averaged 84.6 days, interval 59.6 days, insemination index 2.04, interim 375 days and 47.3 % pregnancy percentage. The highest pregnancy was in De-cember, January and February, while the lowest was in August, September and October. The second breeding of Czech fleckvieh was KLAS a.s. In this period, 510 inseminations were performed. The pregnancy percentage was 42.1 %, interim 387 days, the insemination index was 2.6, the interval of 63.8 days and the service period was 102.6 days. The lowest pregnancy values were in June, July, August and September. Highest in the months of March, April and October. The third agricultural enterprise was Osiva Přibyslav a.s., which bred Holstein cattle. In the meantime they reached values of 392 days, pregnancy percentage 43.3 %, interval 72.7 days, service period 120.3 days and insemination index 2.44. In total 702 inseminations was performed for the given year and the most pregnant dairy cows were in November, December and October, on the contrary in the summer months. The last breeding company was AGRO Posázaví a.s. breeding Holstein cattle. The lowest values of pregnant dairy cows were in the summer months and the most pregnant dairy cows were in the winter months. Interval values reached 70.3 days, insemination index 3.2, pregnancy percentage 33.8 %, interim 408 days and service period 125.8 days. A total of 1546 inseminations were performed.
Vliv chovatelského prostředí na mléčnou užitkovost a chování dojnic holštýnského skotu v konkrétním podniku
Bartáková, Leona
The aim of this diploma thesis was to elaborate a literature review dealing with the influence of the breeding environment on milk performance and behavior of dairy cows. The diploma thesis deals with influences on resting behavior of animals and time period during ruminating. Two companies dealing with the breeding of the Holstein breed were monitored in the work. Both companies met the breeding goal of the breed. Furthermo-re, the average temperature and its effect on cows' rest were recorded. Significant in-fluence of summer temperatures on dairy cows was found. The influence of the length of the box bed on the resting behavior of dairy cows in the stable was also examined. The length of the box bed significantly influenced rest behavior. And in the last part, rumination was solved.
Zhodnocení provozních a ekonomických faktorů ovlivňujících výrobu mléka v konkrétním podniku zabývajícím se chovem holštýnských dojnic
Chybiorzová, Tereza
This bachelor thesis is focused on evaluation of operational and economic factors influencing milk production in company Netis, a.s. who is engaged in breeding Holstein dairy cattle. The technologies used in the dairy cattle breeding company were described. Furthermore, the quantity of milk delivered to the dairy was monitored, including quality parameters such as fat and protein content. Subsequently, average prices and sales were monitored depending on the quantity and quality of milk. The data was obtained from performance checks and other internal company systems. The evaluated period was 2016-2018. After analysing data, it was found that the year 2017 was the most successful year for the company in terms of a milk supply and an achievement of the highest sales. Revenues amounted to 143,2 milion crowns. In the years 2016-2018, the smallest amount of fat and protein was measured in the summer months, while the highest content was measured in the winter months. Due to the fact that the purchase price of milk is influenced by the components contained in milk, this price was lower in summer and higher in winter. Particularly in this company, the lowest price for 1 kg of milk was observed in July 2016 at CZK 6.08 and the highest price in December 2017 at CZK 9.40.
Analýza vlivů působících na produkci mléka a chování dojnic v automatických dojících systémech
Langer, Richard
In this bachelor thesis, the influence of the external environment on the milk performance and behavior of Holstein cattle in a particular company was used, using the technology of robotized milking from Lely. The subject of observation was mainly the average daily milk yield, the order of lactation, the time and frequency of milking depending on climatic conditions. The data were continuously collected during 2018. It has been found that the external environment significantly contributes to the milk performance of cattle. Among the proven influences was the order of lactation, which mainly contributes to the daily production and milking speed. In addition, the season of the day, when daily production, milking rate and milking frequency varied depending on temperature, was followed. The research revealed that dairy cows reach the highest production in the second and third lactation. Furthermore, the influence of the external environment significantly affects the daily production of dairy cows and the speed of milking.
Obsah chloridů v mléce dojnic českého strakatého a holštýnského skotu ve vztahu k vybraným charakteristikám mléka
Valachová, Kateřina
This bachelor thesis deals with the content of chlorides in milk produced by dairy cows of Czech Fleckvieh and Holstein cattle in relationship to selected milk characteristics. The information about cow's milk, composition of cow's milk and about observed milk characteristics were place into the literaly review. Samples for laboratory analysis were gathered from two farms. Samples from dairy cows of the Czech Fleckvieh come from GenAgro Říčany a.s. Samples from dairy cows of the Holstein cattle come from ŠZP Žabčice. Samples were collected during three months (from June 23rd 2015 to August 19th 2015). After the evaluation the acquired data were processed into tables and graphs. Positive and negative correlation ratio were shown between chloride content and selected milk characteristics. For example, there was demonstrated a negative correlation dependence (r = −0,34) betwen content of chlorides and content of lactose at samples from dairy cows of the Czech Fleckvieh. The results show the fact that if the content of chlorides increases, the content of lactose is reduced as stated in the literature.
