The bachelor´s thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial situation of the company C SYSTEM CZ, a.s. within the years 2008 - 2012 on the basic of selected methods of financial analysis. The thesis is devided into four parts, the first one gives basic information about the company, the theoretical concepts of the second part is then brought into practice in the following part of the thesis. The interpretation of the results of the financial analysis is presented in the last part of the thesis. The thesis aims to evaluate the present finantial situation of the company to find proposals for its improvement.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the assessment of the financial situation of the company AC ENERGO, s.r.o. during the period between years 2014 - 2018. The first part contains the goals of the thesis as well as the used methodology. The second part is theoretical and describes the chosen methods of financial analysis, which are used to carry out the assessment. Individual indicators were applied on the selected company in the practical part and consequently, based on the results of the assessment, the suggestions for improvement of the financial situation of the company were described.

Proposals to Improve Debt Collection in Case Insolvency of Debtors

This bachelor thesis deals with securement and enforcement of debts especially in the case of debtor’s insolvency. Theoretical part describes fundamental concepts from legal, accounting, tax, and economic point of view. Analytical part deals with satisfaction, assignment, and securement of claims of three creditors during the insolvency proceedings. This is followed by outlined measures for creditors regarding failed repayment of claims and to obtain the highest possible satisfaction in case of debtor’s insolvency.

The theme of my thesis “Use of accounting dates and statements for company management” is definining a way of using accounting data and evaluate the company from the manager point of view. This study concentrates on evaluating of current financial and economic situation of the company by means of specific procedures and methods and deals with the accounting statements balance sheet and profit and loss account which provides important indicators e.g., sources of financing, structure of properties, profitability, liquidity etc. The indicating instruments are represented in tabular form, graphs and schemes.
