Objective of this thesis is to evaluate Deloitte Audit s.r.o. company especially for the purposes of possible changes in structure of the group. This is a shortened simple version of standard evaluation process within the range of about 30 pages. Before using of DCF Equity method, financial and strategic analyses are elaborated and then financial plan is build on base of value drivers estimates.

Na závěr je vyhodnoceno, zda byla vložená investice pro investory správným krokem.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to determine the value of the construction company as at March 1, 2010. The thesis is divided into 2 parts -- theoretical and practical. Theoretical part deals with techniques, methods, and tools of company evaluation. Practical part applies these methods to the company. Basic information about the company is presented in the beginning of the practical part. The following strategic analysis consists of analysis of development of macro-environment and micro-environment, and financial analysis, which evaluates the performance of the company. The financial plan of the company is prepared based on acquired information. Two-phase discounted cash flow method in the version of FCFF was applied for the valuation of the company.

The aim of this thesis is to estimate the market value of the Hotel Slavia, Ltd. at 1st January 2010 in order to sell the company to an unknown buyer. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical part involves the theoretical aspects and methods of valuation of the company. In the second part, theoretical knowledge is applied to the selected firm. First of all the object and the purpose of valuation are introduced. They are followed by a strategic analysis, financial analysis and financial plan. Valuation is performed with the use of the discounted cash flow to the equity. The resulting value is compared with a book value of the firm.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to determine the value of the company with yield methods on the date 31. 12. 2009. The theoretical part is focused on methodology for evaluation with emphasis on key moments of evaluation. The practical part begins with introducing analysed company. This part is followed by analysis of macro-environment, micro-environment and financial analysis. On the basis of knowledge from analyses and knowledge of company is compiled financial plan, which is a base for evaluation company with yield methods, concretely with FCFF (Free Cash Flow to the Firm) and EVA (Economic Value Added). Diploma thesis is concluded with value statement and efficiency of this information to management, which is contracting authority of evaluation.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to estimate the market value of the company Plzeňský Prazdroj, Inc. at 20th April 2010 in order to sell the company to an unknown investor.In the theoretical part of the thesis are defined reasons, methods and procedures of valuation of the company. In the second part there is described the company and economic situation in the Czech Republic and in the World. This part is followed by a strategic analysis, financial analysis and construction of the financial plan for the years 2009 - 2012. At the end of the thesis is carried out the valuation of the company by method free cash flow for the firm. The resulting value is compared with a book value of the firm.

Mission of thesis is to provide theoretical foundations of business evaluation and work out an appraiser opinion. Object of appraisal is CTS-servis, private limited company, that was sold in 2008. Resulting value of the appraisal is finally compared with the price that was realised. Technique of evaluation process stem from methodology that is contained in publication "Bussines evaluation methods" from Prof. M. Marik. Main method that is used to evaluate the company is DCF equity.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to determine the market value of the company Metrostav a.s. to the date 1.1.2009. Final market value represents the potential market price for which the owners could sell this company to the date of evaluation. The diploma thesis starts with brief introduction of the company. Afterwards strategic analysis follows which is focused on analysis of profit potential and its result is the prediction of sales in the near future. In financial analysis are examined the financial conditions of the company on the basis of absolute, ratio and global indicators. Financial plan is based on the prediction of sales, which was estimated within strategic analysis. The company is evaluated using two-phase discounted cash flow method in the version of FCFF. The diploma thesis is ended by risk analysis of assessment value of company by using software program Crystal Ball.
