This work is concerned with database design and implementation of a program of internal information system for the company TOPGEOSYS. The database was created by MySQL. To implement the program itself, it was used PHP programming language or the Nette framework, as well as CSS and HTML. The theoretical part describes the development of Web applications, market analysis and ERP systems, focusing on individual components. Also contains a description of imitation of databases and the overall system, its scalability and final evaluation of conformity-produced IS.

This thesis deals with the development of quotation system for Mikroelektronika company in the electronic manufactoring services business area. The first part analyzes the current state of the quotation system using the BPMN 2.0 standard. Requirements for system development are formulated based on identified shortcomings. The second part describes the proposed solution using use case diagrams, process diagrams and entity-relationship diagrams. The implementation of the proposed changes via Nette Framework tool is described in the third section. Developed solution provides all the necessary tools for a complete offer creation.

Vaníček, F. Automatic search engine of auction items. Diploma thesis. Brno: MUAF, 2014. Diploma thesis deals with the analysis, design and implementation of an application that allows users to search the auction results of companies that organize auctions. This work describes two mutually independent parts of application -- the extracting robot and the search engine. Extracting robot takes care of automatic extraction of auction results from Web pages based on user-created extracting template. Automation of the extraction process is achieved by analyzing the Web links using Bayes classifier and use of automatic detection of the auction items. Second part of the application is used to search the extracted auction results. Search results will help users to determine the financial value of collectibles and investments items (coins, medals and banknotes).

This thesis describes the analysis, design and implementation of the Informa-tion system of the SKT Tišnov tennis club. The first part is devoted to the the-ory, which is explaining the basic concepts and issues of information systems. Then the analysis of information flows of the tennis club is made and the con-secutive design of the system is created. After that implementation using ad-vanced web technologies is realized. Finally, it tries to evaluate the benefits of the created system for the SKT Tišnov tennis club.

Knowledge management system in the form of knowledge network

Knowledge is one of the most important values of companies, work-teams and other organizations. It is one of competitive advantages and so it is important to share the knowledge among individuals in the organization. The discipline of knowledge management deals with the issue of systematic work with knowledge and sharing for several decades. The sharing and finding of knowledge should be supported via suitable software tools, currently using the Internet network. This work deals with problematic of knowledge management from the viewpoint of different methods of software support. The text approaches the problem of sharing of knowledge in a hypertext form. The problem is solved not only on theoretical base, but also from the viewpoint of system design and implementation. The knowledge is saved in the form of "knowledge network" based on text contents, authors and keywords. The data are saved in the form of RDF graph using PHP and ARC2 Framework. The developed system will be used not only for support of dealing with knowledge in the courses of project management at University of Economics in Prague.

Comparison of web application development in Nette Framework (PHP) and Node.JS

The thesis is concerned with comparison of web application development platforms, namely Nette Framework on PHP platform and platform Node.JS. The objective is to provide complex picture of differences between the frameworks. Previous theses compared Grails framework on Java platform, Zend Framework on PHP platform and ASP.NET MVC platform. This thesis builds upon them thus provides comparison of five different platforms for web application development. As a part of the thesis, I developed two web applications. One is in Nette Framework in PHP and one is in Node.JS. Their purpose is to be main source of information for the comparison. Furthermore, beginning developer learning new platform can use them as a study material. They can also help to examine platform differences. Applications I developed meet same user requirements as the applications contained in previous theses. Therefore it is possible to compare all five applications on five platforms with each other. The platforms are compared in several areas. First area focuses on fundamental platform differences. Second area is more theoretical. It concerns the platform architecture. Platforms are judged by amount of the support for Martin Fowler's architectonical patterns. Next area concerns platforms' usage during the web application development. There are both objective criteria as well as subjective evaluation based on the application development included. The last area compares available support of the platforms. Thesis provides complex comparison of five different platforms by same criteria. Developed web applications, based on same requirements, are also a benefit. Potential reader can form her own judgement based on the differences in implementation of same functionality she founds on different platforms.

Presentation layer finding database of cyanobacteria and algae

Phycological Laboratory University of South Bohemia in Czech Budejovice uses occurrence database samples. This work deals with the analysis and optimization of the existing database, designing and programming extension that allows processing points based on GPS coordinates and display them in on-line maps and georeferenced image.
