	External pacemaker Lank, Petr ; Rampl, Ivan (referee) ; Chmelař, Milan (advisor) This master´s thesis deals with the problem of heart stimulation by using external pacemaker. Such external pacemaker is used for a short – time stimulation of patient to overcome the time before the implantation of such apparatus. The master´s thesis informs about the basic function of heart and possible heart disorders which are treated by pacemaker. Great deal of master´s thesis is devoted to the design of external pacemaker wiring. This section describes the possibilities of controlling the pacemaker, circuits for detection R-R interval, a design of output circuit eith regard to required of stimulation and pacemaker feeding. 	VoIP- IP network voice communication BERAN, Václav The possibility for using the VoIP technology as an alternative solution for the te-lephone system is very attractive. The main reason is the widely expanded computer sites and also their higher effectiveness. The main goal of the work is to describe the VoIP technology and create the first publication in Czech republic which deals with this theme in details. First of all I concentrate on the explanation of the basic words, conceptions and principles necessary to fully understand the whole field. The main scope of the work is VoIP technology which is described in third chapter. There are described also the methods of voice coding, signalling protocols (SIP, H.323, MGCP, IAX) and issues related with QoS.
