The methods of development of key competences for solving of the problems on second level of elementary school

This work with the title The methods of development of key competens for solving of the prolems on second level of elementary school was written partly as theoretical and partly as empirical. The aim of my work is to show ways of forming the key competences of solving problems in the educational process. The theoretical part of my work analyses the basic terminology such as: curricular reform, key competences, key problems solving competenc, problem solving ability and creativity, education strategy, teaching methods, activating methods. The empirical part is orientated to direct pedagogical practice. It describes various methods particulary suitable for developing the key problems solving competence. It shows the advantages and disadvanteges of these methods in work experience and it also draws the attention to those mistakes that are often being made during their application. Because I am a Science teacher at elementary school for children with special educational needs, I also describe some activities which I consider to be very useful. Brief descriptions of some teaching units used in my lessons are given in the appendix together with the description of discovered results.
