It is a disease that established adverse effects of harmful effects of the working environment. by Government Regulation No. 290/1995 Coll. disease may be recognized as an occupational disease for provided it is listed in the list of occupational diseases and established for conditions specified in the list of occupational diseases. They must comply with uniform diagnostic and legislative criteria, as they have significant implications for employees and employers
