The first part describes the livestock breeding in Ireland on the basis of general information, legal restrictions of sheep breeding, factors affecting the production of lamb meat and the costs of sheep farming in Ireland. The second part evaluates the quality and solves the problem of monetizing the lambs on the basis of revenues, distribution channels and sales of lambs, including international trade with that commodity. The last part deals with the solution for a business plan for the start-up of the lamb farm in Ireland based on real market environment, prices, revenues, costs and the resources available for its implementation.
