Energy drinks in contemporary nutrition

Bachelor's thesis is dealing with consumption of energy drinks and their effects on the human organism. The introductory part gives an overview of the most frequently occurring components of energy drinks including their chemical composition, properties and sources of these substances and nutrition recommendations. The next section describes the effects of consumption of energy drinks on the human body and health in general. The final part deals in detail with the impact of their consumption on sports performance and on human health and the possible consequences of consuming energy drinks combined with alcohol.

The bachelor thesis concerns the analysis of the Red Bull Ltd. marketing strategy and influence on the target group. It is divided into 3 main parts. It aims to analyse modern marketing trends and the application into the marketing mix. Furthermore it will apply theoretical knowledge on particular events and to evaluate the internal and external environment of the company. The analysis is supported by research work which describes an influence of marketing communication of the Red Bull brand on the customer.

The Bachelor Thesis concerning topic "The effectiveness of event marketing and communica-tions of the Red Bull company" is showing how it's possible to effectively communicate with customers and how event marketing contributes to increase the public awareness. The theoret-ical part is focused on event marketing itself, branding and marketing research. The goal of this thesis is to show how good results a company may have when it effectively communicates with its consumers. Moreover, the main content is dedicated to the Red Bull events and its participants. The thesis contains also a questionnaire which should support the assumption that these events have influence on the customers.
