This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of securing and debt collection in the E S L, a.s. company. The theoretical part defines claims from legal, tax and economic perspective. In the analytical part analysis of receivables is performer and the evaluation od the financial situation of the company is inclueded. Following the analytical part, proposals for improving the systém of securing and recoveryof receivables are processed at the end of the work.

The last part is devoted to suggestions for improving of this system and to the evaluation of its feasibility.

The main part aims to clarify the essence of extra-judicial and judicial recoveries of claims. These claims are seen from the accounting, tax and economic perspective. The analytical part characterizes the selected business subject and features analysis of current securities and recoveries of claims after their due date. The final part of this work includes the most suitable arrangements for increasing the efficiency of methods of recovering claims and suggestions for improving their security.

The subject of thesis „Increasing the efficiency“ of personnel work is the analysis of the current state of personnel work Brno branch of Merz s.r.o. to increase the efficiency of personnel work. Increasing the efficiency of personnel work should be achieved to increase profits and improve the economic situation of Merz s.r.o. The theoretical part of this work focuses primarily on individual areas of personnel work, namely motivation, communication, evaluation and remuneration and training. Also there is space devoted to dealing with the hierarchical structure of society and its leadership. These findings, together with an analysis of the current situation are used to propose changes that will lead to increase the efficiency of personnel work, and the goal of improving the economic situation of the company.
