The influence of migration on the drug scene in the Czech republic

This paper deals with the influence of migration on the drug situation in the Czech Republic. The main reason for choosing this topic was the effort to compile, at least partially, from a practical and an immediate point of view, a relatively complicated matter of contemporary drug background, concerning ethnic groups living in the Czech Republic. The paper focuses on gradual characterization of these groups in the area of organized drug criminality in the Czech Republic since 1989. It describes ways of illegal drug import into the Czech Republic and the concern of Czech citizens in this criminal activity. The majority of information concerning specific ways of committing criminal activity and current situation of selected ethnic groups{\crq} criminality in this paper is taken from statistic data of the Czech Police, the Czech Board of Customs and the Czech Anti-Drug Squad{\crq}s annual reports. The research was carried out by means of quantitative method, while the results were compared with the above mentioned publications{\crq} data. The aim of this paper is to point out the engagement of foreign nationals and also ethnic groups living in the Czech Republic in illegal drug sale. Another aim is to compare the concern of Czech citizens and foreign nationals in this criminal activity and to find out how the drug criminality beating reflects itself on the price of drugs. In the first chapter of this paper, information concerning selected ethnic groups engaged in illegal drug sale in the Czech Republic are stated. The major part is dedicated to persons of Vietnamese and Romany nationality. This chapter draws upon specialized publications; it also contains paraphrases on particular publications. At the close of the chapter, specific characteristics of illegal drug sale according to particular types of drugs are described. The research includes tables comparing drug delinquency in perpetrators of Czech nationality and foreign nationals. National minority distribution, number of criminal acts concerning drugs in both groups of perpetrators, and concern of ethnic groups and foreign nationals in organized criminal activity are mentioned as well. Results of the research are stated at the close of the bachelor paper. They are in compliance with set hypotheses and met the aim of this paper because it has been proven in what way foreign nationals and national minorities living in the Czech Republic are engaged in drug criminality.

Building up of sport - recreation centre.

This work explores or rather recommends procedure for the construction of sports and relaxation center, including the basic elements and processes in the establishment of sports clubs or the trader, which are developers and operators of these centers. In this work, we used a pool to obtain the feedback of visitors to build an ideal sport-relaxation center. Entire work draws from the experience of building one of the most complex sports and relaxation center in the Southern Bohemia, which is located in Hluboka nad Vltavou. From work, it is clear that the construction of such a center is possible, but great support and commitment of a wide area must be provided. The work can be used not only by students of Department of health education but also economic and sports fields.

The capacity producing companies in the region of South Bohemia

This diploma work evaluates current modern methods of measurement and directing of efficiency of the firm by the help of diagnostic detectors. It defines the function of the bankruptcy and site index models in the system of higher form of financial analysis. It demonstrates the using of these diagnostic detectors in the comparative analysis and the production of sectoral ratings. It shows the survey of the most important producing companies in the region of South Bohemia, compares them in each section the companies come under and describes their specifics. It compares companies of the producing section and qualifies the level of their efficiency according to my own methodology. The aim of this diploma work is to determinate the success of the companies in each section in accordance with the elicited information. This dimploma work also deals with the question if some of the companies might be in danger of bankruptcy or other financial problems and what value the companies created during the last monitoring period.

The new product and its implementation on the market

SUMMARY The view of my work is evaluate company process by the choice of the new product which goes out from the market needs and from the selected strategy of the implementation this product on the market in the choosen company. The next aim is on the basis of the recognized facts to file a proposal for appropriate inovation current situation. This choosen company is the firm GRENA, inc. based in Veselí nad Lužnicí. GRENA, inc. pruduces: a) kitchen doors from MDF boards surface treated with PVC or PP foil b) fire-resistant and non-combustible boards grenamat\regm{} c) furniture elements d) ground and non-ground chipboards (boards DTD) e) chipboards and other boards with laminated surface (boards LTD) f) chipboards and other boards with the foiled surface (boards FFB) g) extruded profiled lining of doors h) expands Vermikulite In the first part of my work I worked up digest on the basis of studying publications from several authors. In the next part I obtained informations about given theme directly of the company. I targeted the process of the development of the new product that the firm applies to progress chart, to setting prices of new product to promotion on the market. Further I evaluated firm process by the implementation of the new type kitchen doors on the market. From the processing of the obtained bases I reached the view that the marketing level in the company GRENA, inc. is high-level. It indicates the success new products on the market and also increasing company prosperity. The company tries all the time to inovate and improve its products and to extent its production assortment. Product prices establishes the firm on the basis of costs calculation but of course with regard to competition prices. The company i sone of the two biggest producers kitchen doors in Czech Republic. Rate war is not accetable instrument of the rating market share. For the company is very important product´s quality which represents one of the most prominent way of increasing companies competitive strenght. Wishes and needs of the market the firm investigates trough the marketing research that is headed to its the biggest customers. I would the company recomended to expand this research about recogition wishes and needs directly by the final users. Herewith of would be in advance of other companies. It would carry out marketing research oriented on the final users in co-operation with JCU. Further I would afer co-operation with oferent indol architects and producers of TV programmes (for example: How the dream builds, Living is the show). Due to this concats would company get prestige advertising and would comes into the limelight by the potential customers.

Structural change in the branch of Schenker České Budějovice after the Czech Republic joined the European Union

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to show the changes before and after the Czech Republic has entered the European Union. The thesis is occupied itself not only with the changes concerning to legislative and structure of the company, but also there is an analysis of the company in general. There is described the history and the structure of the company as well as the action, how actually the transport works nowadays. The thesis should bring near the differences what was necessary to do before, what kind of documentation, and how has the operation changed after the entry of the Czech Republic to the European Union. The thesis is concentrated on the branch in České Budějovice.
