This thesis deals with the fundamental analysis of the Pegas Nonwovens SA enterprise, on the basis of which it determines the intrinsic value of the shares. The thesis provides readers with theoretical information of the subject, and presents their practical use when analyzing a specific company. The fundamental analysis is divided into three parts: global, sectoral and financial analysis. In conclusion, the calculated intrinsic value of the shares is compared with their market price and investment recommendations are provided.

This master’s thesis deals with the technical analysis of Starbucks Corporation, Vodafone Group, Apple and Autodesk stocks, which are tradeable at stock market NASDAQ. At the beginning, this work focuses on theoretical materials, which are then used for elaborating three trading systems and their testing on selected stocks. Conclusion of this thesis contains a selection of trading system for each stock on selected period of time.

The subject of this dissertation is to do a fundamental analysis based on chosen shares on the czech capital market. The chosen corporations are Telefonica O2 Czech Republic, a.s. and ČEZ, a.s. In this dissertation I have set the share value, the prediction of the progression of dividends and the amount of ratio index. Further I have made a recommendation for future investors and the timing of their commerce.

Then there is the actual calculation of characteristics of securities traded on the Prague Stock Exchange and on the basis of these calculations is made the proposal of several portfolios and their evaluation.

Foreign pension systems are also described. A main is Proposel Part where for concrete person are proposed variations of saving or investing to keep money in reserve for retirement. In each variation is described advantage and disadvantage of this solution.

This thesis is focused on one approach to technical analysis - technical indicators, which are used for forecasting the future trend of share prices and finding entry signals to buy stocks and exit signals to sell stocks generated by technical indicators. The application of chosen technical indicators is demonstrated on selected stocks traded on the Prague Stock Exchange during the chosen period. The result of analyses is a comparison of technical indicators and the successfulness of trading based on the indicated signals.

The content of this thesis is the fundamental analysis of stocks whose bases are practically focused on the company New World Resources Plc. In the theoretical part of the thesis are presented approaches to the capital markets generally used to search for undervalued stocks and when appropriate to their business. The detail is given to the specifics of fundamental analysis. These data are used in the practical part of the work at different levels of fundamental analysis. The main part consists of the actual determination of the intrinsic value of the shares of New World Resources Plc on whose basis the work mentioned specific investment recommendation.

At the beginning there are theoretical bases that concerning trading on the commodity exchange, as well as basic methodology of technical analysis. These methods are futher transfered into practical examples. This bachelor thesis describes possibilities and basic tools for technical analysis in the commodity exchange with the help of practical examples.
