Social pedagogue in the role of teacher assistant in primary education

In last few years there have been certain legislative changes concerning the care of children with special educational needs. These are children with the need of support in all types of schools. This means there are more often children with specific learning disorders in schools who need the support of the pedagogical assistant to be successfully integrated. The Special pedagogy graduate can work as a pedagogical assistant. The goal of this thesis is to find out and describe how does the cooperation between an assistant and a pupil (pupils), teachers and parents in on ordinary primary school work and also how is this cooperation evaluated by its participants. Another goal of this thesis is to find out how do assistants evaluate their preparedness for this work in some areas. The theoretical part deals with the problematics of the educational and social inclusion and describes the wanted changes in the approach of schools and teachers. This part also explains the role of the pedagogical assistant, describes the work content and defines needed competences. The practical part introduces the qualitative research focused on pedagogical assistants in specific schools.
Historical development of stands in the first zone of the National Park Šumava close to the village Prášily

The dissertation, The History of Evolution of the Forests of the Category I Protected Area in the National Park Šumava- environs of the municipality of Prášily, firstly focuses on the research and analysis of extant historical documents and other archival materials. In particular it analyses the historical maps of the former Velkostatek Prášily-Dlouhá Ves of the Schwarzenbergs family that show the evolution of the forests and their management between 1860 and 1930. Secondly, the dissertation focuses on the assessment of the current state of the forests and the way in which they are managed by the Správa NP Šumava and in particular on the positioning of the category I protected areas in order to protect the remnants of the native woodland.
Production potential of tonewood in a selected locality in National Park Šumava

The aim of the bachelor thesis is finding out of potential production of tonewood of the Norway spruce (Picea abies) on appropriate sites in the National Park Šumava. The research was carried out by dendrochronological core samples and their analyses, Results show that share of tonewood exceeds 30% on appropriate sites within fight tending. Expected production of tonewood on the group of forest habitat types 7K in the National Park Šumava is 9901 m3 in 20-year period.
