The topic of my studio thesis is a creation of a magazine about longboarding in the Czech Republic. The original concept of this project deals with complete production – ranging from editorial works to graphic design. The title of the magazine is Sexy Asfalt.

Tax execution

66 TAX EXECUTION This thesis examines the tax execution in the Czech legal system. Tax execution represents an eminent interference with the rights and duties of a tax debtor, who has only limited possibilities of procedural defence. The thesis is composed of ten chapters. Chapter One includes introduction of my thesis. Chapter Two is subdivided into two parts. Part One analyzes idea execution. Part One of this chapter is formed by an explanation of further details about the concept of execution. Part Two describes particular groups, kinds and ways of execution. Chapter Three focuses on history of tax execution. Chapter Four includes outlines of czech law. There are showed basic acts of czech law. Presumptions of the recovering of the tax debts are analysed in the next chapter. Chapter Five consists of two parts. Part One describes the procedural presumptions (for example authority, pertinence). Part Two contains material presumptions ( title of execution, inactivity of a tax debtor,) Course of the tax execution describes chapter Six. This chapter is divided into seven part. Part One addresses the issue of look for information about tax debtor (his property, his employer, his number of bank account ,…) Next parts of this chapter deal with writ of execution, delay of tax execution, stop of tax execution,...

Problems of the contemporary family from Christian ethics point of view and their connection to social work

The thesis deals with the problematics of a family in relation to the Amoris laetitia document with regard to social work. The thesis reflects transformation of a family recorded by empirical sciences, as well as transformation of the concept of a family from a Christian perspective. It monitors pathological phenomena associated with the environment of a family and offers possible solutions to individual sociopathological phenomena from a social worker's position inspired by the Amoris laetitia document. Finally, the thesis presents incentives that this document provides for social work.

Effectiveness of Shooting Depending on the Offence Duration in Top Level Women's Basketball

Název: Efektivita střelby v závislosti na době trvání útoku v basketbalu elitní úrovně žen Cíl práce: Cílem práce je zjistit - potvrdit nebo vyvrátit předpoklad, že délka trvání útoku může mít vztah k efektivitě zakončování útoků střelbou. Metoda: Analýza videozáznamu utkání na základě přímého pozorování a evidence vytipovaného fenoménu. Výsledky: Předpokládá se, že délka trvání útoku ovlivňuje jeho efektivitu. Výsledky by mohly trenérům pomoci osvětlit problém vztahu mezi délkou trvání útoku a úspěšností jeho zakončení. Klíčová slova: střelba, efektivita, útok.

Faith for the benefit of family functioning

The thesis deals with faith in a family and its contribution to the functioning of a family. The first chapter introduces the concept of a family, discusses the prototype of a well functioning family, the problems faced by a contemporary Czech family and the role of a social worker while working with a family. The second chapter introduces the reader to the topic of religion. The third chapter discusses a Christian family. First the marriage itself, then the characteristics of the family in question, basic functions and roles in the family. The fourth chapter refers to raising children in a Christian family, describes the basic steps to create a closer relationship between God and children and mentions obedience of children. The fifth chapter points out the importance of a prayer in a family life. The last chapter is a reflection on how the Christian faith can help in functioning of a family.

Cestovní pojištění po vstupu do EU

Cestování s sebou přináší různá rizika. K usnadnění překonání problémů, které nás mohou při cestách potkat, slouží cestovní pojištění. Pojištění sice nemůže zabránit vzniku pojistné události, ale v každém případě zmírní její finanční dopady a představuje jakousi jistotu pojištěného, že ocitne-li se v nouzi, bude mu poskytnuta pomoc. Cestovní pojištění je kombinací pojistných produktů různého typu. V této práci jsou popsány jednotlivé produkty cestovního pojištění, dále změny v pojištění léčebných výloh po vstupu ČR do EU a pojistný trh v ČR.
