Manufacturing of start segment by fineblanking technology
Tichoň, Ondřej ; Řiháček, Jan (referee) ; Peterková, Eva (advisor)
The thesis deals with the design of the manufacturing technology of the starting segment, which is used to transmit the torque from the starting lever of the motorcycle. The part is made of steel 11 373 in the form of a sheet with a thickness of 6 mm, and the production series is set at 60,000 pieces per year. As part of the thesis, an innovation was proposed, which consists of cold pressing the shaft into the hole, and thereby eliminating the associated welding operation, speeding up production and making it more precise. Due to the required precision and the size of the series, a fine blanking was chosen for the production of the starting segment. Furthermore, coils of sheet metal were chosen as a semi-finished product, while 19 coils with a diameter of 1400 mm and one incomplete coil with a diameter of 1085 mm are needed to ensure the production series. The total force for cutting out two components in one stroke was determined to be 4680,4 kN. Due to the given strength and dimensions of the sheet metal, a triple-action hydraulic press FB one 7000 was chosen for production. The work also includes a technical-economic evaluation, through which it was found that the given production becomes profitable at 34987 pieces. Therefore, due to the size of the production series, it can be declared that the production is profitable.
Manufacturing of iron holder
Tichoň, Ondřej ; Žák, Ladislav (referee) ; Podaný, Kamil (advisor)
The project deals with design of manufacturing technology of the holder, which is used as a space for the iron to be placed. It is a component made of steel with a quality of 11 373.0 on the form of sheet metal with a thickness of 1,5 mm. Based on the studies of literature relevant to the topic of technologies of cutting, bending and hemming, a production process was developed. After performing technological, constructional and control calculations, a gradual cutter, bending and hemming tools were designed, for which further technical documentation was developed. Each tool consists inter alia of standardized components containing functional parts clamped in guides standing on eccentric presses. For progressive cutting, an eccentric press with designation S 250 was chosen due to meeting requirements for the size of the forming force and the dimensions of the tools, and the press with designation S 160 was used for further operations, which are bending and hemming.
