Satisfaction and motivation in the international organization

This thesis is focused on the employees attitude to work in their organization. The thesis is based on empiric research focused on employees satisfaction. The goal was to find out the actual state of satisfaction of employees of company Partners Financial Services a.s. , and, based on the survey, to detect the failures leading to employees dissatisfaction and loose of motivation. Based on the accumulated data to design possible solutions to improve the situation.
