Multifuctional apartmernt house in Frýdek-Místek

This bachelors thesis deals with the project documentation for the construction of a multi-purpose apartment house in Frýdek-Místek. The apartment building is designed as a partial basement with four floors. On the first floor are two retail establishments. Each of these establishments has separate entrance from the facade of the building. There are also two separate entrances to the residential part of the house. All entrances to the building are barrier-free. From second to fourth floors are located six residential units, two on each floor. In the cellar are located cellar boxes for each flats and technical room.

Structural Design of Reinforced Concrete Hall

This master’s thesis deals with desing and structural assessment report reinforced concrete hall in two variants. Specifically, it is variant from prefabricaed element and second variant is cast-in-place frame. The selected elements for the design are saddle grider, longitudinal bracingy, beam, column and all cast-in-place structure. The results thesis are structure assessment report of selected elements, formwork and reinforcement drawing. The structeres models were created with software Dlubal R-Fem 6 and Idea StatiCa Detail 23.0.
