Young African American Women and Their Environment: Contemporary African American Feminine Identities, Political Views and the Sense of Security

In recent years, there has been a growing interest in exploring the unique experiences of marginalized communities and how their experiences are reflected in contemporary literature. This thesis analyzes and focuses on young African American women and their environment, specifically how the environment that surrounds them becomes reflected in parts of their identities. The particular features analyzed in this bachelor thesis include the contemporary African American feminine identity, political views as an identity feature, and a sense of security, all concerning the concept of environment. These distinct elements are explored in two contemporary novels by young African American women writers: Nightcrawling by Leila Mottley and The Other Black Girl by Zakiya Dalila Harris. The goal of this thesis is to show how much young African American women are affected by their surroundings and what it means to be a young Black woman in contemporary American society. Most importantly, this thesis explores how vital of a role femininity, one's political views, safety and security play in one's life. The knowledge about contraceptive methods of the pupils of the selected school

This bachelor thesis is focusing on the knowledge of pupils of specified middle school about contraception methods. The goal of this bachelor thesis is to find out the level of the knowledge of middleschool pupils about contraception methods, sexual education sources and the connectivity of their teoretical knowledge with praxis. In the theoretical part of the thesis are given basic concepts related to the reproductive health, anatomical concepts, menstruation and puberty and also the importance of contraception methods in relation to abortion and sexually transmitted diseases. It contains also the selection of sexually transmitted diseases and historical evolution of contraception methods. In the practical part of the thesis contains data analysis from the questionairre survey among middleschool students. Based on the obtained results, a short recommendation is concluded.
Evaluation of Employees' Satisfaction in a chosen Organization

This thesis presented the theoretical basis of evaluation of employees. It continued with analysis of evaluation system in a selected company and summarised the opinions of employees through the questionnaire. This thesis tested the effectiveness of company's evaluation system. The analysis and the questionnaire showed that the evaluation system of a company was ineffective. Final deficiencies of the system were presented together with corrective actions.
Ban on Smoking, its Modification and Development

My Bachelor work is focused on describtion of acts connected with smoking ban. I analyse imperfections in the main legal acts -- No. 379/2005 and No. 262/2005 -- and I propose solutions for their removal. I deal with amendment of act concerning absolut smoking ban in restaurants in the Czech Republic and I describe present situation in those European countries, where this act is already valid. I also analyse public meaning by questionnaire, which was intent on legal knowledge, satisfaction with anti-smoking act and its abidance.
