Fire station in Pacov

This Diploma thesis is a project documentation of a fire station building. It is about a spacious building that contains space and equipment needed for working of the fire station of professional and voluntary firefighters. The construction is situated at the edge of the town Pacov in Vysočina region. Downstairs there are placed garages for firefighters ‘vehicles, technical areas and a changing room. Upstairs there are offices, a gym, and rooms for firefighters. The building has a rectangular floor plan with a flat vegetation roof. The building is made of calcareous sandstone blocks with contact insulation.

The bachelor’s thesis is a project documentation for the realization of building of a family house with an establishment – hinterland for a forest management. The building is located on the border of the town Pacov in the region Vysočina. There is a technical room and stocks in a basement. Administrative premises for a forest management are located on the first floor. A service apartment for a forest administrator is designed in an attick. The family house has a rectangular ground plan and has a gabled roof. The building is walled with lime-sand blocks with contact insulation. The roof of the building is designed from a burnt roofing material.

The Czech priorities for the Council Presidency - 2009 and 2022

Although the Presidency of the Council of the European Union and its agenda have been affected by the adoption of the Lisbon Treaty, it is still a useful tool that Member States can use, for example, for self-presentation within the EU. The evaluation of individual presidencies assesses, in particular, the success in promoting the priorities set by the presiding countries themselves. The aim of this thesis was to find out what factors influenced the choice of these final presidency priorities during the Czech Presidency in 2009 and 2022. To test the hypotheses based on the new institutionalism, an extensive qualitative analysis of EU legislative acts, Czech national strategies and Eurobarometer surveys was conducted. From these documents, the main themes that appeared most frequently in them were selected, which then allowed comparison with the resulting priorities of the Czech presidencies. These were always documents presented in the periods preceding each Presidency. This comparison showed that the priorities of the Czech presidencies were influenced by the progress in the given policy, the success rate for enforcement, the Commission's work program, the current situation in the European and global arena, and partially also its national strategic interests.

Harmonizovaný systém popisu a číselného označování zboží v obchodní a celní agendě

Práce analyzuje a hodnotí oblast celní politiky České repuliky před vstupem ČR do Evropské unie a po jejím vstupu s ohledem na problematiku zařazování zboží do Harmonizovaného systému. Práce vymezuje hlavní pojmy týkající se oblasti zařazování zboží do kombinované nomenklatury. Praktická část je zaměřena na aplikaci Všeobecných interpretačních pravidel při zařazování zboží do Harmonizovaného systému a na příkladu ukazuje zařazení dvou vybraných výrobků, a to tabáku, tabákových výrobků a nápojů a lihovin do kombinované nomenklatury. Poukazuje na základní předpisy a nařízení EU a národní legislativu, která tuto činnost upravuje.
