The main work of the Bachelor‘s thesis is to describe dividing device, function and the manipulation in the piece production. The Bachelor‘s thesis is separated into 3 parts. The first part is about dividing device. The second part is describing piece production of manufacturing technology and the third part is the suggestion of product from author. There is defined design, production process, list of tools and the fotodocumentation of process.
Analysis and use of wire cutting technology
Patočka, Josef ; Osička, Karel (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
The diploma thesis focuses on the topic of electroerosive machining with greater emphasis on wire cutting technique. The first part clearly describes the principle of electroerosive discharge and its subsequent effects that cause material removal in the given working conditions. This includes the individual methods of electroerosion and the individual accessories that aid the process. The second part is a theoretical analysis of the cutting process using a wire electrode. It describes the machining method, machining strategy and a complete overview of the accessories that accompany the cutting process. The third part of the thesis includes a practical demonstration of the production of a typical representative for wire cutting and then there is evaluation from an economic point of view. Furthermore, there is clear analysis of the surface quality and the final evaluation of the condition of the component.

Trade unions: support for a fossil economy, or a subject of social-ecological transformation?
Patočka, Josef ; Novák, Arnošt (advisor) ; Slačálek, Ondřej (referee)
Both the theoretical outlines of a solution to the climate and ecological crisis, as well as concrete efforts at environmental reform and energy transformation, often run into the ambivalent role of organised labour, particularly trade unions, in todays growth-oriented, fossil-fuel based economy. On the one hand, trade unions often already formally endorse the ideal of sustainability, on the other hand, in concrete environmental conflicts, they often the side with "jobs" against climate and environmental protections, and thus serve as a support of the growth-oriented fossil economy. The concept of a just transition, embodying the attempts at creating a framework in which the interests of workers and climate protection can be reconciled, thus also becomes ambivalent, serving often as a basis for arguments against more ambitious decarbonization. The aim of this thesis, drawing on the theoretical framework of critical political ecology, is to explore the possibilities of solving this dilemma in the case of Czech trade unions. On the basis of interviews with their various representatives, it will try to answer the questions: 1) what political strategy is shaping the policies of Czech trade unions in the sphere of climate and energy policy, 2) how do these trade unions see their role in the proces of a...
