The angle of femoral anteversion in relation to postural functions. Objectivization by means of ultrasonography
Dymešová, Eva ; Ocmanová, Renata (advisor) ; Zounková, Irena (referee)
The intact development of postural functions is the condition for the posture. The muscles are automatically integrated into the posture by maturing of the central nervous system. Together with the postural function of the phasic muscles the morphology of the skeleton matures too. The target of this work is to prove the influence of the muscles onto the morphology of the hip joint - femoral neck anteversion. Point to the cohesion of clinical symptoms of the bigger femoral neck anteversion. The results of the clinical survey compare with the ultrasound of the hip joint. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)
Physical therapy of central lesions in childhood
Plecháčková, Tereza ; Ocmanová, Renata (advisor) ; Demuthová, Zorka (referee)
The aim of my work is to find appropriate varieties of physical theraphy for treating children with defective central motoneuron. I will write about the effects of physical energy, physical energy treatments and their gains for children who have central dynamics infliction. I will also write about contra-indication. Physical therapy of peripheral lesions in childhood
Hubáčková, Daniela ; Ocmanová, Renata (advisor) ; Demuthová, Zorka (referee)
The work describes the types of peripheral nerve lesions, their causes and therapy. It is concerned mainly with physical therapy but other means of rehabilitation and surgical therapy are mentioned too. In terms of physical therapy it describes electrotherapy, mechanotherapy, thermotherapy and hydrotherapy, phototherapy and balneotherapy. Separately it describes the therapy of Bell's palsy and postpartum paresis of brachial plexus. The mentioned polyneuropathies are polyradiculoneuritis and hereditary polyneuropathy. At the end it describes a casuistry of a patient with ulnar nerve paresis. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)
The body posture in relation to asymetric load of lower extremities. The comparison of results of clinical examination with the "Balance Master" testing
Mrkousová, Pavla ; Ocmanová, Renata (advisor) ; Zounková, Irena (referee)
The aim of this study was to assess the dependency between asymmetrical weight bearing on posture. A further aim is to objectify asymmetrical weight bearing of lower limbs and asymmetrical step length while walking with the use of "Balance Master" and also to assess possibilities of usage of "Balance Master" for testing motor functions of preschool aged children. The study discusses notions such as optimal body posture, deficient body posture, and body asymmetry. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)
Individual therapeutic physical training in children with defective (imperfect) posture (bearing) at the age of 6 years
Střídová, Zuzana ; Ocmanová, Renata (advisor) ; Zounková, Irena (referee)
This thesis is a summary of contemporary facts about poor and good posture. The objective was to correct the poor posture of the selected children, all six years of age. After analyzing the information from the initial research, corrective exercise was made. Four girls and five boys participated in a special exercise program for 7 ½ weeks. The exercises were focused on the most prevalent of the poor posture symptoms. The poor posture was not fully corrected, but there was an improvement of the primary dysbalanced functions. After a longer period of the training the author supposes complete correction. Number of preventative steps concerning future school attendance are mentioned. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

Subject of this thesis is to inform about the somatoform disorder and outline its position in physioterapy. On the basis of findings about this phenomenon, the possibilities of physioterapy are introduced, as well as some means which could be used to positively influence the somatoform disorder within the frame of complex approach along with the principles of treatment of patients with somatoform symptoms. Ocmanovou a Doc.Mudr. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)
