Microevolutionary processes in genus Dactylorhiza
Neuwirthová, Eliška ; Urfus, Tomáš (advisor) ; Šrámková, Gabriela (referee)
The thesis deal with Microevolutionary processes in genus Dactylorhiza Neck. Ex Nevski which generated and still generates recent form of the taxa. Content Taxonomic introduction, phenotypic characterization and examples of hybridization and polyploidization influence to chosen agregates of the genus: D. maculata and D. incarnata, including diploid and tetraploid lineages. Hybridization and polyploidization (particulalry allopolyploidization) is the origin of many lineages of different ages and still occurs. In particular, allopolyploids are often poorly distinguishable, both morphologically and genetically. The situation is inconveniently complicated by the inconsistent taxonomic concepts of the species in the genus.
