Rod Platanus L. v městě Brně - vyhodnocení výskytu a růstových charakteristik
Němečková, Gabriela
The Bachelor thesis deals the evaluation of the incidence and growth characteristics of the genus Platanus L. in Brno. Avenue plants along roads are generally planted at insufficient intervals to achieve the earliest effect of green matter. Plane Trees a are typical by its wide habitat, they have increased demands on space. It is important to respect them, and grant them abundance of space around the base and treetop. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate these growth characteristics and find a possible solution which could avoid the elimination of Plane Trees owing to unsuitable planting to the insufficient intervals, or distance from obstacles above and below ground. Evaluation is focused on tree trunk base.
