Innovation and business project

The aim of the thesis under the title Innovation and a business project, is to develop a specific entrepreneurial project represented by a fitness centre and to evaluate it from the perspective of its feasibility and return upon investment. Firstly, the theoretical concept of entrepreneurship is analyzed. The next step includes the analysis of applicable legal framework governing entrepreneurship in the Czech Republic and the last step is represented by the definition of the structure of the business project. In the first part, business is described by its general characteristics. The next part is dedicated to environment analysis analyzing the internal and external factors influencing the business. Next step defines business opportunities which includes description of services that the business will provide. Then, human resources required for running the business have to be determined, as well as marketing strategy supplemented by a marketing mix. Based on this, a SWOT analysis is developed, identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats having an impact on the business. The final part comprises financial plan which deals, inter alia, with project is economic rentability and conditions underpinning its feasibility.
Creation of the Business Plan for the Development of Family Business

The subject of this thesis is one family business and its planned expansion. This thesis supplies above all a literature research; it defines business, family business, customers, and business plan. The aim of this thesis is to elaborate a business project concerning the expansion of an online shop. The planned expansion entails opening up a new store in Chomutov. The business plan is to serve as a tool for decision-making regarding the project implementation. Within the plan an analysis of current customers must be done as well as a marketing plan and a market analysis in Chomutov. The analytical part includes STEP and SWOT analyses and the financial plan. In the conclusion, the results of the partial analysis are summarized and recommendations for a concrete business are given.

The aim of this diploma work is the creation of specific business project dealing with establishment of mensurational office. The literary research contains the definition of running a business and lying the foundation of own business project preparation. This basis contains recommended methods, requirements of business project and the structure. The core of the diploma work deals with creation of specific business project on the basis of literary research knowledge. The first is the description on mensurational office following the analysis of surroundings on the basis of makro-surroundings and micro-surroundings analysis of the specific mensurational office. The next step is the description of business opportunities, human resources and marketing strategy. The conclusion of diploma work is dedicated to economic evaluation and reality of business project.

The aim of the diploma thesis is creat a business plan for a sport agency and evaluate the feasibility and return of the project. The literature search defines the fundamental theoretical aspects associated with the business at first. It is also defines the structure of a business project where its individual parts theoretically described. Custom work is already consist from the a specific business plan which was assembled of the basis of the established information. At first there is a description of a company and then the analysis of company enviroment consisting of macro and micro analysis. Next is detailed description of business opportunities with defines the neccesary human resources and marketing plan. Conclusion of the work deals with the evaluation of economic conditions and the feasibility of a business project sports agency.
