Návrh skupiny vybraných nástrojů projektového managementu využitelných v oboru “Podpůrné činnosti pro scénická umění” během pandemie
Konečná, Radka
The diploma thesis is focused on designing the structure of project management together with groups of tools used in this field for the organising of music festivals during the global pandemic. The theoretical part deals with the description of project and event management topics, including a focus on music events and its potential risks. In the practical part, a proposal for setting the framework structure using the PRINCE2 methodology is created based on a survey of professional literature and internal data provided by the organizers of the Rock for People festival. The proposal is supplemented by a group of project management tools facilitating the organization of the music festival. The outcomes of this thesis can be practically used as a methodological procedure that can be applied in planning various types of festivals
Návrh konceptu systému řízení kvality v začínající IT firmě
Konečná, Radka
This bachelor's thesis focuses on designing a quality management system in a selected IT company using the Kaizen concept. The theoretical part is devoted to the introduction of quality and the possibilities of quality management and measurement. The practical part uses the self-evaluation method to describe the current state of the company and then presents a proposal for a quality management system that uses the evaluation scale of the EFQM model. The proposal covers the general setting of the quality management system, for which there are proposed criteria related to the main processes in the company. These criteria are further developed into the form of assessment indicators for the area of customer-contact (business) related activities and quality management processes.
Microstructure, it´s Stability and Fatigue Properties of Ultra-Fine Grained Copper Prepared by ECAP Method
Navrátilová, Lucie ; Konečná, Radomila (referee) ; Obrtlík, Karel (referee) ; Kunz, Ludvík (advisor)
This work deals with fatigue properties and stability of microstructure of ultrafine-grained (UFG) copper prepared by severe plastic deformation by means of equal channel angular pressing (ECAP) method. The effect of different fatigue loading regimes and thermal exposition on microstructural changes was investigated and the fatigue lifetime curves were experimentally determined. The research attention was focussed on localization of cyclic plastic deformation and fatigue crack initiation in UFG structure. Experimental results indicate that after stress-controlled fatigue loading (both symmetrical and asymmetrical) the microstructure remains ultrafine; no grain coarsening was observed. Contrary to this, strain-controlled fatigue loading results in formation of bimodal structure. Grain coarsening was observed also after thermal exposition at 250 °C for 30 minutes. Annealing at lower temperatures does not result in grain coarsening or development of bimodal structure. Fatigue loading results in development of surface relief in form of cyclic slip markings. Their density, distribution and shape differ for particular fatigue loading regimes. Differences in crack initiation mechanism in low- and high-cycle fatigue region were found. Nevertheless, the characteristic feature for all loading regimes was stability of UFG microstructure in the region of cyclic slip bands and fatigue cracks.
High cycle fatigue life of Ti6Al4V alloy produced by direct metal laser sintering
Konečná, R. ; Nicoletto, G. ; Bača, A. ; Kunz, Ludvík
High cycle fatigue life of Ti6Al4V alloy specimens manufactured by Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS) was experimentally determined. The DMLS fabrication process was characterized by a 400 W laser power and 50 micrometer layer melted thickness. Post-fabrication heat treatment consisted in stress relieving for 3 h at 720 °C in vacuum with subsequent cooling in argon atmosphere. Fatigue testing of specimens oriented in three different directions with respect to the material build direction was performed with the aim to examine the influence of the layered microstructure on the fatigue behavior. Results of measurement of surface roughness, metallographic examinations of the layered material and fractographic investigation of the fatigue fracture surfaces were employed in the discussion of fatigue crack initiation in DMLS fabricated Ti6Al4V alloy.

Opportunities in expanding to foreign markets of small and medium-sized enterprises
Konečná, Radka ; Müllerová, Jana (advisor) ; Kotáb, Jiří (referee)
This master thesis aims to explore the conditions of small and medium-sized enterprises in expanding to foreign markets and to find opportunities that will help these businesses to grow. By opportunity it is meant the company's own effort, or state and non-state support of SME's. In the thesis there is analyzed the situation of SME's in the Czech market and the services and support that businesses can use while expanding abroad, it also analyses the modern methods in this area. The aim of the thesis is to analyze trends in the field of internationalization of SMEs, to identify the key needs of Czech companies and to compare them with the actual support offered in the Czech market. Based on a comparison with foreign practice, namely New Zealand, it should propose new ways and opportunities in the process of expansion.
