Analysis of Motivational Factors, Reward System and Evaluation of the Chosen Company

This diploma thesis deals with the topic of the motivational factors identification and the employee´s reward system evaluation. The theoretical part explains the basic terms related to motivation, rewarding and evaluation. The practical part is focused first on the description of the chosen company and its current reward system. The results of my research follow – the evaluation of questionnaires and conducted interviews with employees and company´s management. In conclusion, I will summarize all the important findings and suggest solutions which could help to improve the reward system and motivating to the mutual satisfaction of employees and management.

Postavení žen v politice v Latinské Americe

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of the position of women in politics in Latin America. The first part describes the evolution of Latin American politics, political and social role of women in Latin America, including the barriers that women have to face, and how Latin American region is introduced the gender quota systems into their national policies. The second part is focused on the evolution and current situation in the number of represented women in legislation in selected countries, the progress of implementation of quota systems and the process of their adjustment to the current form, and on women that were able to achieve a significant position in politics in Latin America, or they played an important role there.
