Customer Satisfaction Analysis for AUTO DORDA Ltd. Company

The diploma thesis is devoted to the analysis of customers satisfaction at AUTO DORDA Ltd. Company. The theoretical section is focused on the way of the customer satisfaction analysis, marketing research and connected notions. Theoretical knowledge is used in the practical part, where there are results of the research implemented by GfK CZ company reviewed. Results of the research were the base for processing the questionnaire dealing with critical areas and it was given away to respondents, I mean AUTO DORDA customers. Proposals and disposals were compiled on the basis of gained information and they lead to increasing standard of customers satisfaction of the analysed company.

LÉKAŘSKÁ FAKULTA Ústav ošetřovatelství Michaela Jirásková Aberantní chování, opioidy a bolest Bakalářská práce Praha 2023 ABSTRACT Background: Objectives: The aim is to determine the frequency of risk of aberrant behavior based on screening and the actual incidence of aberrant the group of patients with chronic pain without opioid treatment. Methods: 30 patients with chronic non-cancer pain not using opioid analgesics and 30 patients with chronic non-cancer pain using opioid analgesics hospitalized at the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine, 2nd Faculty of Medicine Charles University and Motol University Hospital. Patients were presented with the following tests in paper form: Structured Interview, ORT, ET, COMM, SOAP-R, CADE AID. Respondents signed an informed consent form based on EC approval. The study was approved by the EC. Results: For socio-demographic and clinical variables, we used chi-square testing for statistical significance as appropriate and concluded that there was a statistically significant difference between the opioid analgesic user group and the non-user group. The thesis is focused on application and use of voting system Democracy 21. The aim of the thesis is to create a simulation of voting system in Kobylí by using questionnaire survey and to evaluate its implementation in real life based on the survey results. First part of the thesis focuses on theoretical knowledge of public vote with purpose of comparing voting systems that are presented in this section. Second part introduces my own work. It contains the analysis of successful projects that used voting system Democracy 21 in Czech Republic, questionnaire survey among residents of Kobylí, evaluation of collected data and subsequent con-sultation of the collected data with representatives of the local authority.

Analysis of advertising campaign of Prima TV series

The aim of the thesis is through theoretical knowledge and research to evaluate the effectiveness of advertising campaigns Prima TV series. Further I describe and evaluate the viewership of the series based on the data obtained from ATO. The first part deals with the theory of marketing, marketing communication, communication mix and measurement of rating. The practical part describes and validates the advertising campaign based on the survey. The last chapter is devoted to the course of rating of a series and it is compared to its competitors broadcast.
