Bachelor thesis deals with the organizational and managementstructure of the business entity.It is composed of multiple parts. In the first phase there are summarized theoretical background and knowledge, which were obtainedby studying professional literature.The second phase is an introduction toselected business entity processing of one possible analysisand own research.
