Burnout in the work of personal assistants for children with disabilities

The thesis "Burnout in the work of personal assistants for children with disabilities" deals with a group of professional burnout in helping professions. Theoretical work defines the topic of burnout and its prevention, risk occupational groups and social services in the Czech Republic, with an emphasis on personal assistance services. In the research part of the study qualitative research methods are used. The research work describes by semistructured interview and case study the influence of prevention strategies before the formation burnout of personal assistants non profit organization Club "Hornomlýnská". Based on gained information the thesis proposes specific recommendations for practise.
