It indicates an adverse effect on the human organism with potentially the most common diseases which can occur in alcoholics. The thesis presents treatment options and follow aftercare programs. This work is based mainly on the research part, which consists of two surveys. The first part consists of quantitative research, using a questionnaire of our own design and world-renowned standardized questionnaire WHOQOL-BREF. The second part is developed using qualitative research, which is applied using a standardized interview with six respondents. The data obtained from this research clearly indicates a positive change of absteining alcoholic after treatment, and in the physical, mental and social.

Effective use of phytomass in the protected area of the National Park Podyjí

The objective of the thesis is to evaluate the possibility of the effective use of waste and phytomass specifically grown for energy purposes in the protected area of National Park Podyjí. The task was to characterize the source of phytomass in this environmentally sensitive area. The data were collected by studying documents, visits to enterprises and institutions, and personal consultations with business and other stakeholders. The result of this work is a brief assessment of the production potential and the factors influencing its development. Due to the nature of the territory, to suggest measures for efficient use of land for the production of energy phytomass with regard to the attitudes of farmers and the authority of nature and landscape.

The aim of this bachelor's essay is the evaluation of personnel activities in the company ISOTHERM s.r.o. with orientation on changes in the reward system in the glass processing section. Suggestion for changes in the reward system together with other recommendations in the personnel activity area, concretely for example in the retirement area and the assessment of personnel are the main points of the essay.
