The thesis briefly discusses the issue of electrochemical power sources, especially with a focus on lead-acid batteries operating in modes that are typical of hybrid electric vehicles. The theoretical part of the thesis should be a good basis for the subsequent practical part, in which several experimental electrodes and their parameters will be performed and evaluated. The output of the practical part will be conclusions regarding the influence of different variants of modified carbon used as an additive in the active material of the negative electrode on the capacity and life of cells

The bachelor thesis is focused on marketing mix of company Erste Grantika Advisory, a.s. The thesis consists of three main parts, theoretical, analytical and proposal. The first part is focused on theoretical findings of the thesis topic. Next part is devoted to analysis of marketing environment, marketing mix, communication mix as well as internet marketing of targeted company. Last part is presenting the proposals of changes based on the analytical part. All proposals are focused on the aims of the theses, which are changes in marketing mix of the company Erste Grantika Advisory, a.s.

This thesis deals with the revision of archaeological research at Stará Kou im. This locality was excavated between 1948 and 1957 by M. Šolle. Sixty years after the end of the Stará Kou im research, some conclusions need to be reinterpreted. The paper was mainly focused on the revision of the middle fortifications research and brought new, unpublished results. Key words: early middle age, hillfort, fortification, revision, ceramic, Old Kou im.

Hinterland of Kouřim in Přemyslid period

This Bachelor work is dedicated to the nearest hinterland of early middle age central places - Old Kouřim and Kouřim - St. Georg. One of the few results of this work is collected in catalogue, which summarise all information about archaeological excavations and coincidental discovery. Strong attention is dedicated to surface collections, which were done because of identification of new places. It was important to work with ceramics fragments. There is a summary of results and investigations, which creates today's picture of archaeological research about early medieval hinterland (agglomeration) of Kouřim. Financial analysis of selected business entity

The thesis is focused on economic situation of the chosen business during the years 2007 to 2015. This selected company to provides printing and advertising services. In the methodical part are describes the main methods of the financial analysis which helps with understanding this issue and extending outcomes from the basic accounting documents. The main part consists in application of those methods on the individual company situation. Results are detected by indicators of financial analysis it means indicators of horizontal and vertical analysis, differential indicators, profitability, liquidity, activity and indicators of financial ratios. The interdependence of some indicators that changes return on equity are shown by pyramid of ratio. For the general approach are also used creditworthy and bankruptcy models. According to the obtained results are identified problem areas in the economic activity selected company. In conclusion are proposed optimization solutions to remove economic problems.
